Great experience, great teamwork. I would definitely recommend.

First time real estate investor here and I was so fortunate to have found Henry and his team Susan and Matthew who came through for me on DSCR loan last minute and got my loan funded and closed in 6 weeks (would have been 5 but closing date was on thanksgiving so it was delayed by a week)! The process so was much smoother than a previous lender I was under contract with who was giving me the run around and ultimately wasted my time and money. I will definitely use Henry on all my loans moving forward because he’s very upfront and honest and that’s hard to find. Definitely recommend!!

Many of the local banks are not lending for residential rental properties. The loan guys worked with me and never gave up. They were easy to work with and gave guidance throughout the process. I highly recommend using them in this economic climate. While other banks find ways to deny loans, they work to get you approved.

This process was effortless. The agent who helped with my loan was Vaughn and I loved how he knew my paperwork in and out. They funded my loan and we closed on the property 18 days after receiving the appraisal! I never knew that was even possible. I would highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them.

To be honest, for me Henry and Heather at Loanguys are the best. This is the 2nd loan ( refinance rental property for my my Business) they helped me and there is a 3rd blanket loan they are working on it too. Henry and Heather were really patient with me and explained to me everything I need to know. If you can’t go through the traditional loan due to some reason such as : time, credit, etc, I recommend Loanguys and I recommend you work with Henry and Heather.
