They are a very busy supplier but that is only because of their fantastic prices and products and Ive always received my goods or been refunded and their items are the real deal highest of recommendations for this company yes they are a bit slow at the moment but it isn't always like this I'm guessing they are influxed with orders

Communication was great! Expressed how busy they were, apologised for delay and once it was shipped order arrived in a couple days! Amazing service from this team!

I placed an order 30/08/2026 paid for express delivery and parcel still not been sent only label created i have sent about 10 emails and still no reply from anyone I have asked where my parcel is and now to refund the money and still no replies
About to report as a Scam Alert

I thought I had been scammed because the usual 2-4 day delivery had turned into 8 days. However my delivery arrived today. Some reviews had stated the supplier was short staffed with overorders. I originally gave a 1 star rating but have changed to a 4 star.

Have placed 2 orders with this company and received everything as ordered in a timely manner. A couple of days late for first one and received a discount voucher for my next order. My sister has also received her 2 orders and no complaints whastsoever. Extremely happy with all products and will definitely order again. Those people whinging about not receiving their orders, hang tight. It will arrive eventually and if not, it's not Local Cig supplies fault. Probs confiscated by Auspost!

Just checking how people are going with there orders in the last week with this company,Live on the GC ,put an order in last weekend Saturday 22nd of August and heard nothing,rang Aus Post and they haven't received it as of yet also emailed company and heard nothing, generally concerned order won't be showing up especially considering no communication,anyone one else in the same boat

I think service as far as pricing goes excellent. Communication level a little average. Dispatch time very disappointing so far I do realise you may be experiencing a shit load of orders which may slow things down.
But much faster communication would definitely ease the disappointment.

I placed a bulk order on the 22nd, it says to email if no confirmation of payment within 6 hours, have emailed 3 times since the 23rd with no response. Never had an issue and this time is leaving a sour taste
