I am very disappointed with the…
I am very disappointed with the approach and attitude of the installers. Despite initially confirming that the existing air conditioner would be removed — and including the associated cost in the invoice — the task was not completed. When questioned, the installers claimed they did not have time to do it, later changed their explanation, increased the price, and said the removal would be done in two weeks with additional $400. I have not received any follow-up or communication.
This lack of follow-through and shifting of responsibilities is unprofessional, and the overall behavior of the installers has been unsatisfactory.

The removal of your existing unit could not be completed on the day due to the specific health and safety measures required for double storey weatherboard properties. For this reason, the task has been scheduled for completion once the assigned installer returns from leave on September 1st, after which your removal will be booked.
We apologise if this was not communicated clearly at the time and assure you that your case is being prioritised. A member of our team will contact you directly to confirm the next steps :)

The experience with the sales team was very good as I was provided all the details as well as they checked back after the installation to make sure everything was working fine. The installation was done on the day finalised without any delays.

I would happily have these professionals in my home again.
I was impressed by the install process and the finish of the job. The guys worked together, consistently and I felt they did things safely and logically. They checked in with me several times to ensure I was happy with the outcomes and discussed issues they were working around on a sight-unseen pre-quoted job. They tested and cleaned up, leaving the house in good condition.

Perfect multi head split aircon installation and gas heating decommissioning.
Rhyce and company arrived on time as promised and did a review of rooms and outdoor location for installation. The Job which entailed 5 units was done on time and guys cleaned up any debris or stains. Rhyce explained the working of system in detail and tested all units for both cold and hot operations. I appreciate their professional, accurate and friendly approach.

The guys did a great job with our aircon installation. Everything was done well and barely a mess left behind for us to vacc up at the end of it all.
The walk through at the start of day was explained well, we knew what was going to be going on for most of the day.
Explanation of the units operation was done well and easy to understand.
The guys were also lovely and professional. Highly recommend
