The experience i am currently receiving is very unprofessional. The day of installation nobody showed, received no correspondence and arrived s day late.
Day after installing the boiler we were having problems, it was leaking,
Reached out to engineer only to receive no response, eventually got a reply to say he'd be there next day and again he never showed, reached out to local Heroes only to receive a response saying " they've told the engineer to fix the boiler " overall my experience hasn't been a positive one, still waiting on my boiler to be fixed.

Local heroes are cowboys.

Took less than 5minutes to do annual service on the boiler.

Avoid this company. Such a waste of time and money these cowboys are.

local heroes refused to quote on a boiler upgrade, said they don't so any work on systems that have gun barrel piping. if this is their policy it should be made clear at the time of requesting a quote instead of wasting everyone's time and effort.

Rip off - €900 per day to install a gas boiler. Top Surgeons/ Consultants don't charge as much. Bord Gais should invest more into who they tie their agency with.

Cut my gas off for a leak that never existed. Untrained staff and not fit for purpose beware of these guys.
