10/10 service. No crap here . This is the real deal ! I just got 3 honeycomb blocks. Has the most nicest taste. I used to spend £20 a jar from Morrisons! Yes £20 a tub . I pay d £27 including delivery for the 3 200g bars . Just shows you how much you get ripped off at superstores. Del is excellent can’t rate the guy and his honey enough. This company is a must go to get your fresh beautiful honey .

My experience with Local Honey Man has been extremely bad.
I received a damaged 1kg tub of honey in the post, which had leaked into the box. I contacted them immediately to report, but they did not respond. I had to call them a week later to follow up, which is where the whole painful process began. They continually insinuated that it was my fault that the tub of honey was not full. I sent the tub back to them and they only provided a partial refund for the honey they received back! I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company. I only wish I had read some of the other reviews before I had made a purchase and saved myself a lot of hassle. I am now out of pocket due to their incompetence.

Just finished the jar I bought last month! It was absolutely delicious - so much flavor compared to other honeys I've tried. Now I need to decide which variety to try next!

Thanks for helping me out with my bee order , would have been better if the Royal mail didn't damage the box. But praise to you guys for helping sort the issue.

Extremely bad at replying to emails and customer service at all.

No attempt has been made by Jasper to provide information with regards to my order having placed 3 months ago and now ignores emails Refuses to process a refund. Avoid at all costs!

They are awful at responding to emails and actually haven’t sent my order from over a week ago!!

I needed it within the 2-3 days their website promised for wedding favours, which I wanted to splash out over £100 for.. they’ve avoided emails, instamessages and I’m resorted to leaving reviews.

I’ll have to ask my card company to take a cash back because these guys really aren’t professionals however good the honey is. Absolute shame.

I have brought a bottle of turmeric infused honey from this shop recently. The taste of this honey is yummy and not too sweet. After drinking this honey every morning, my bowel habit is improved and my skin looks more shine and moisted. The staff is so friendly and answer my questions very detail. Thanks Local Honey Man.

I booked a private beekeeping experience with them. Constant confusion as to whether the beekeeping day could go ahead, being booked in on group days and then cancelled on.

Since then, they have made no attempt to actually book a day in, have ignored several emails and are now refusing to process a refund. Avoid at all costs!

Do not use them! I bought a jar of honey and two honeycombs. Paid for them all and, 7 months on, they have yet to send the honeycombs. They have not even responded to several emails. Horrendous customer service. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
It's a scam! I paid 700£ for a National Beehive and bees way back in February. In June I received an email telling me they were unable to fulfil the order. They are in the process of refunding 200£ of that for the bees. In short I paid 500£ for a beehive worth 156£. Throughout the ordeal they lied about the reasons for the delays so many times that they forgot which lie they told last. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT AFFILIATE YOURSELF WITH THIS BUSINESS.

Paid a deposit 27th April for a Bee Nuc, emailed 11th May asking when I would receive the Bees, was told I am in a queue and will be supplied when they have them and that they were working on my delivery and I would receive update soon, I emailed again the end of May and received no response, I emailed again on the 5th of June to say when I got no answer I had sourced elsewhere and wanted my deposit back. They answered on the 9th June to say they would arrange that and then a few days later when I emailed to say where is the refund, they said their manager had refused saying the website is clear no refunds.

I would say DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

They have no ethics poor customer service, and once you have paid your deposit see no need to supply basing their lack of communication on the weather, the long queues and other excuses. It seems to me that they accept orders with little or no prospect of being able to fulfill those orders.

This is literally the best honey I have ever tasted. The difference between the normal honey you get off the shelf, which more probably than not has syrup and other unnatural ingredients in it is remarkable. I would recommend the cinnamon honey but I want to make sure they have some in stock when I go to get some myself, lol. Nice people, lovely products I would highly recommend this for your taste buds and your health!

I have ordered beeswax from Local Honey Man a few times now and they are quick to ship! Love the wax and love what they stand for!

I love the raw honey I buy from this site. I've tried all 4 of their British varieties (heather, golden, borage and rapeseed). They all have their own beautiful distinctive flavour--it's hard to choose a favourite.
I prefer to buy honey from this type of source, rather than the big-brand, standardised flavour honey available in the supermarkets.
Also, it's good to know that each time I purchase honey from this company, it helps to protect and save the UK’s vulnerable bee population.

A very good website. Purchased beeswax and it was very nice.
Reasonable prices and the items are authentic.
Received the items in time.
