My wife and I went to the Local PCR at Harris House in Harlow, to get a test for travel, on April 20, 2022.
The young lady there, Rosheen, was very professional, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. She answered all our questions without hesitation.
Her customer service skills were excellent.
We were in and out very quickly.
We had the results well within the two hours promised.
Would highly recommend this place if you need a test.

This is a bit pricey but easy to book, convenient, and very reliable. With my last test i received the certificate with a typo in my name and emailed the support team to get a rectified certificate. They immediately fixed it and I was surprised with their responsiveness and friendliness

Had an appointment at my local PCR Test in Slough and had a wrong booking but the lady there - Zee was helpful and got it sorted out for me she reassured me about the process and the test results . Definitely recommend this place and will be going back there next time if I need a pcr test .

All is down to the exceptional customer service skills displayed by Zee who made me feel super comfortable and relaxed!!
I want to highlight I’ve entered a wrong date for my appointment, so instead of 13th April today I’ve booked an appointment for the 14th by mistake - of course wonderful Zee took me and did my test, making sure I will receive the results asap!
She absolutely made the experience a breeze for me! Thanks to her I am now going on a holiday and my boyfriend won’t break up with me - Thank you Zee!!!!!

Very efficient easy to book, needed to change my booking to a different centre and the team were very helpful moving the appointment. Thoroughly recommend!

Needed a Fit To Fly urgently - booked for Wandsworth late the night before, got an 8.30am appointment and ran late but the doctor was super patient, efficient and professional - masked with a visor, and gloves. The doctor swabbed - very gentle. Results were due 2-5 hrs later and I got them on email in 3 hours. Would definitely go back to them.

Great, friendly and fast service, both during and after my appointment. I was attended to very quickly and whilst waiting for my results, Kristina noticed the email had bounced and sent me my results personally. She has since helped out again by promptly providing my receipt. Strongly recommended!
