If I could give no stars I would. Don’t use this company, find another one, anyone but this one.

Local Pcr is the last resort when traveling in emergency, highly committed staff who accommodated me despite I didn’t have the appointment. I am much thankful to Local Pcr for being such a reliable service as other testing service provider ditched me.

We had an appalling experience at the Southampton branch on 6 December 2021, although we did receive the test results in the promised time. In response to my very poor review, the MD of Local PCR took my comments and complaints very seriously. After investigation, he has closed the Southampton branch permanently and he assures me that our experience is not at all indicative of the service they provide elsewhere.

A family of four. We had antigen tests at the Southampton site 24 hours before flying to the US. The lady there told us we'd receive the results by 10pm that night. 10pm came and went and by the time we left home at 7am the next day the certificates had still not arrived. The office hours meant nobody was available to help. At 8.30am I rang for a long time before getting through to somebody and our certificates were finally sent 20 minutes later just as we arrived at the airport.

It was an incredibly stressful experience and we didn't appreciate having to chase the company for something that was absolutely essential to our trip so close to departure. I would not use them again for this reason.

Local Pcr is best service provider in town. Visited the Coventry branch and the service of local pcr is exceptional.

I attended my localpcr located in Hatch End (Harrow). I was having the Day 2 PCR Test for Fully Vaccinated Arrivals.

The overall experience was very good and given the locality for me I would certainly return, no question.

The level of service was friendly and the process was quick.

The only thing you need to be aware of (and the reason why I’m not giving 5 stars) is that at the time of booking I was under the impression that I would receive the results on the same day. Subsequently I found out it would be in fact the next day. I was advised though that if you’re able to do the test before 10am - you should be able to get your results on the same day.

Local PCR is doing a fabolous job and providing much efficient services. I would recommend Local PCR to all the sane minded people as it is far better than postal testing services and others as well. Always try local PCR if you want peace in life and if you want to put your life in trouble then go for others and save some quids. My experience is very good at Coventry branch of Local PCR, so highly recommended to all sane minded people.

Pathatic service and terms and conditions. The lady before taking the sample told that we will not get the results before 10pm while the website shows that we will get result BY 10pm meaning we can get it amytime before 10 pm. We had to cancel the test and book another expensive one due to ugency.

One of my friend recommended me to go to LoCal PCR for the pre departure test.
