Ibrahim from Aza&Sons took on our old a/c, which had stopped working, and went to great lengths to get it going again, including getting out on to the roof and spending time on the phone with the manufacturer. We were so pleased he managed to mend it, against the odds. He is a very nice -- and responsive -- person to deal with, too.
This is the third time Ibrahim has attended our property. This time, it was to sort out the new dishwasher and the failed washing machine. There were some issues with the plumbing connected to both machines, which were resolved. The new dishwasher was installed, and they even took the old one out of the house to be collected for scrap. We are very happy with the service received. Thank you very much.
I've used Ibrahim for plumbing issues for the last few years. He has great communication, is transparent about pricing and always provides a great service. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Didn't turn up.
Communication was very bad with someone who said their name was Ibrahim. They didn't answer the phone over 3 days.
I called the company yesterday for the my office Aircon repairing. Not a profession service. No investigation report given. Aircon not fixed even. Would not recommend to anyone for aircon repair.
Aza and sons have helped us out with both ordering parts and fixing our leaking toilets.
Interacting with them is a breeze as they are honest, helpful and rapid in responding.
Their services help mitigate the stress of figuring out the maintenance of my flat. Couldn't recommend more!

Great service & great guys.
Our hot water stopped working and we had gas engineers in the day before who I didn’t trust - listed lots of problems and tried to charge a lot of money. We told the first gas engineer to leave it for now and got Aza & Sons to come the next day to check if those problems were actually real.
Aza & Sons came round and told us that half the things the original engineer said was broken, were actually working.
They fixed the boiler, had our hot water working again, didn’t fix things that weren’t broken, and didn’t try to rip us off.
Great guys - great service, would Deffo recommend.

My central heating system broke down again after pump replacement during cold snap and it was thanks to Ibraham’s great experience, skills and professional patience that helped discover a 20-year secret where the floating soap bubbles from the bath could be deposited at the jointing condensation pipe of the boiler as fat and blocked the condensed water outlet, causing failure of boiler ignition.
Ibraham arrived in the Saturday evening after my morning call and his busy scheduled day work, clearly putting customer’s need first for a house without heating for three days in sub-zero temperature outside. He charged fairly for his highly efficient two-hour work utilising combined set of electrical, gas, plumbing, carpenter and inter-personal skills and toolkits.
A proud son who started to acquire such skills and experience as early as more than a decade ago from his father where professionalism and work standard naturally embraced him as bread and butter rather than unbearable as burdens often demonstrated by other less successful professionals - highly recommended and appreciated by a guy now sitting in a warm Cambridge house.

Highly recommend Ibrahim! Quick response, professional service and good value. I’ve used Aza & Sons twice now. Ibrahim installed a macerator pump for me and put in a waterproof socket so it’s safe. Fixing a previous dodgy installation, which ended up short circuiting my kitchen as wires got wet! Ibrahim came another time to help with water pressure issue. Quickly identified issue and resolved. Speedy, efficient, trustworthy.

Could not fix a blockage in my flat on the first occasion and I paid them £120, didn't solve anything. They said the only way it could be unblocked was by breaking tiles to get to the pipe. They came to my flat broke the tile and didn't fix anything but charged £120. They then told me they would have to break through the floor. Luckily I got another company in who fixed the problem by snaking the pipe and they only charged me £60. They were just trying to get more money out of me. So I paid £240 and they broke a big tile in my bathroom and got nothing fixed. When I contacted them they said that is just the way it is. terrible customer service.

I contacted Aza & Son after being let down by Pimlico Plumbing. They were able to see me within 48 hours and fixed the problem at about one-third of the price quoted by Pimlico.
