Know exactly what service you need and be prepared for the hard sell.
The initial hard sell tactics made for an uncomfortable situation. I was expecting it but not to the level of what it was.
After that everything was ok and happy with the two wills recently received.

Didn't like the hard selling of…
Didn't like the hard selling of property trust and powers of attorney trying to get us to make decide during call. After investigation and looking at previous reviews where people had to pay power of attorney registration fees on top of quoted price,phoned to find out for sure but the person I talked to was unable to answer question.
Wills are fine but wouldn't use this company again

Disappointment
Unfortunately the first will draft I received beared no relation to what I had requested. I don't know how you could have got it so wrong! When I sent the corrections, I felt I had to paraphrase so the instructions were correct. Too much of a hard sell on the LPA service, which was more expensive than having Age Concern complete the documents.

You spoke with two members of our staff today, and following those conversations we agreed to cancel the service and issue you a full refund. That refund has now been processed.
Despite this, you have chosen to leave a review describing our business as a “SCAM” and claiming that we refused to refund you. That statement is simply false and does not reflect what actually happened today.

Good service and good prices
Good service and good prices. Only down side was the pushing of add-on's. You need to be strong if you don't want them, or a £10s of pounds for a will costs £1000s.
But overall nice service.
