I gave chipotle and four star rating because the only thing wrong with chipotle is just a burnt chicken, but besides that they have the best the best food I love their burritos. I love their bowls. I love their chicken and guac. I love their drinks and I really did also give them a four because every time I try to call it made me talk to AI and I really didn’t want to but all of a sudden I recommend going to chipotle cause it is the world’s best place I’ve ever been to
I Ordered a Steak Bowl Extra Steak, About a third of the steak was To Fatty and unchewable I visit Chipolted At Two times a week. Always good
Clean Food. Having been in the Hospitality business a Good Part of my life I have Experienced all Situations similar to this one , So I thought it was time to Complain, the Manager I believe it was Asia promptly took note of the food
And Refunded my money.

Rude management, overcharged, and terrible experience — never again.
I went to Chipotle and had a truly upsetting experience. I ordered a veggie taco and kindly asked for my guacamole on the side so I could reheat the taco without warming the guac. Instead of accommodating or explaining anything, the manager rudely scolded me in front of the staff and removed not only the guacamole but also the salsa and sour cream from my order — without asking.
To make things worse, I was overcharged for chips and guacamole, which I had earned for free through the Chipotle app. When I brought this up, she refused to fix it.
I asked to speak with the manager, and she said she was the manager. Another employee said he was the assistant manager but ultimately “answers to her.” The whole exchange was uncomfortable, embarrassing, and unprofessional.
I contacted Chipotle headquarters to report the situation — including that the beans, rice, and veggies were not cooked properly — and I received no response. No apology. No refund. Nothing.
As a longtime customer, I’m beyond disappointed. I won’t be returning. This kind of treatment is how you lose loyal customers.
I had a couple lunch options at Tuscan Village in Salem New Hampshire, and I chose Chipotle—something quick and comforting. Unfortunately, this visit left a really bad taste, and it wasn't from the food. The moment I walked in, the place just felt off. The dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all morning, and the restroom—don’t even bother. The overwhelming smell of urine was so bad I couldn't use it. I actually left and went to a different business nearby just to wash my hands. That kind of neglect doesn't happen overnight. It reflects deeper issues—probably a regional manager spread too thin, and a local manager trapped in a cycle of low pay, high turnover, and no real support. It showed in the team. The woman behind the counter looked like she hated every second of being there. When I politely asked for mild salsa, she responded with the enthusiasm of someone being asked to donate a kidney. I said “thank you” and got no eye contact, no response, not even a grunt. Just cold indifference. She clearly spent more time doing her makeup than learning basic customer service. I didn’t come in expecting luxury. I came in expecting clean food, a clean space, and some basic human courtesy. Chipotle fell short on all three.

I went to the location on 17-92 in Winter Park FL. The line was super long. The food was ok, not more. I had the chicken, which was dry and burnt. Nothing special about this place or the food. My kids love it though, that’s why I gave it 3 stars.
The chipotle on St Martin’s Lane, London, United Kingdom serve the smallest portions ever so I have to keep asking the staff to supply what I pay for. This is why I stopped going to Chipotle, absolutely appalling.
I went to the location at 4751 S Broadway Ave
Tyler, TX 75703. I ordered a chicken quesadia and the gal behind the counter told me they didn't carry this item. I mentioned to her I ordered this for years.
I was told that I had to order it online. The manager came up to me and blamed tik Tok the app. I went online hit in the 75703 zip code. After waiting finally discovered it was at a different Chipotle. The manager was smiling and said "oh you have to go up the street." it was a 15 minute drive.
If Tik Tok really the reason I cannot order something I have ordered for years. I would think if something like that happened they would try to make up for it - let us get your order here and we will cancel it. Smiling when a customer is with his kids in a mockery way... I love the food here but not a way to treat a customer.
I will continue to eat as I like the food but hope the customer service improves.
