Furgone in condizioni pessime: Adblu a 0 - Spia olio freni accesa per mancanza dell'olio- liquidi lavavetri a 0- Completamente danneggiato in tutte le sue parti, iSporco sia internamente che esternamente con immondizia da smaltire (che ho fatto io), con addirittura pezzi rotti di un wc sparsi nella cabina del furgone, mozziconi e pacchetti di sigarette, cenere ovunque e odori poco gradevoli. Esperienza pessima.

I booked it through booking.com, with the drop-off in a different city than the pick-up. Everything was smooth and the price was very reasonable!
The car was new and we really enjoyed our trip (went from Italy to Slovenia as well with no extra tees).
Definitely recommended!

La macchina al momento della consegna era sporca esternamente, ma sopratutto all’interno. Tappetini completamente sporchi, residui appiccicosi all’interno dei portaoggetti nel tunnel centrale anteriore, pieno di bottiglie vuote, fazzolettini usati e altri rifiuti.
Il personale non ha spiegato minimamente il funzionamento dell’auto, dicendo: “l’auto è quella, le chiavi sono dentro”.
Durante la guida ho notato che il volante rimaneva storto (convergenza), e i sensori dell’angolo cieco non funzionavano in quanto il quadro segnalava anomalia.
Per il resto l’auto funzionava correttamente, portandomi a destinazione.
Tengo a sottolineare il fatto che prima della riconsegna, la macchina l’ho personalmente aspirata e lavata esternamente per rispetto del prossimo conducente!

Prenotazione a Milano e riconsegna a Fiumicino senza problemi, veicolo in condizioni perfette, servizio a domicilio rapido ed efficiente.

للاسف الشركة اخذت قيمة الوديعه بدون وجه حق حيث ذكرو لي انه لابد ان يكون خزان الوقود ممتلى اثناء تسليم السيارة وبعد التزامي بذالك وملء خزان الوقود لم يتم ارجاع الضريبه او التجاوب معي اثناء اتصالي

Dear Customer Service Team, good afternoon

I received a sudden and unexplained charge on my card. I blocked the card because I initially suspected fraud, as I had not been properly notified by the rental company. I later realized the charge was from the rental company and was for an administrative fee.

I would like to point out that if the company had notified me about the fee in advance via email, this confusion wouldn't be happening!

Since then, I have been trying to settle the payment, without success.

I tried using the company's website to view the fees, but I am unable to submit the documentation there.

I received a form to authorize the payment for June 24, 2026, and submitted the required documentation on June 25, 2026. Even so, the company claims there are issues with the payment authorization.

I have already sent several emails trying to resolve this situation and pay the fee. I simply cannot get it done.
This situation has dragged on for far too long! We need to resolve this!

I would like a quick and efficient solution from the company. I must point out that I am unable to upload and submit the necessary documentation to rectify this situation via the customer service page.

Therefore, I look forward to an efficient and definitive solution regarding this payment.
To which email address can I forward the requested documentation to authorize payment?
