Good staff and quality service.
Very straight forward process when collecting car in Trento and dropping off at Verona airport. Staff were very helpful at both locations .
There were a few existing marks on the car when we received it in Trento but the staff had these highlighted on the rental agreement. Overall quality of car was very good.
There were no issues when returning car and staff were helpful and friendly.
Overall I had a positive experience dealing with Locauto Group and I would use them again.

Was very happy with the vehicle. Great customer service.
Too many rental companies just supply a vehicle and give little or no instruction on using it. They are so varied these days. I was very pleased that I had a few minutes information right at the car site pickup. Well done.

Auto e personale perfetti. L'unico problema riscontrato, piccolo e ovviamente non grave, è stata la mancanza di un disco orario o almeno di carta e penna, visti i diversi parcheggi che lo prevedevano, tanto a Trento quanto nei dintorni, la qual cosa i primi giorni ci ha creato disagio dovendo cercare in strada un'anima pia che ci prestasse una penna.
