Called Charlie after the garage lost my locking wheel nut key! I’d phoned so many places looking for an alternative key, or removal and all told me it’d be expensive, an all day job and likely to leave damage.

Charles was recommended by two tyre shops near me so I called him - he came out that night and whipped them off in under 20 minutes for a reasonable price! Lovely chap! Very professional and helpful!

What a Fantastic professional and timely response - vehicle was in garage for brakes and it was only then that it was discovered that previous "mechanics" had butchered the locking wheel nut which meant the brake job could not be started.
This is a working van so any time off road hurt.

Charles was a great guy and resolved the issue with my locking wheel nuts.

To be honest it was a bit brutal but effective.
It was also very quick taking about 15 mins in total which made the price of £120 seem excessive for the time taken.
But look, it was the price we agreed and Charles quickly resolved a big problem for me and if was in the same situation I would use him again.

Called Charlie on recommendation from Audi after a garage broke my wheel nut and the locking key! After telling him my issue and that I had another day at work then finished for the Christmas leave, requesting to book in after Christmas, Charlie was outside my address within the hour.
