Had to call them out at 4:30am after a burglary attempt left us with a broken front door lock. Jonathan came out within 30 minutes to secure the house, then came back a few hours later to fit a proper anti-snap lock and repair the broken mechanism. Great service, couldn't recommend highly enough.

Can't fault Jon - he's so friendly and went above and beyond to help after I called him out to a property that had been broken into. He did a sterling job and left the condition of the door access better than it was before it had been broken into. Great communication, great price, and just a generally nice bloke. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. His name was Johnathan. He is very professional, friendly, helpful and can I say passionate about his skill. He came to my rescue and did everything he could do prevent me having a new lock and having to spend more than necessary. He actually taught me a few things and gave very good advice which I will pass on. Unfortunately, I did need a new lock but he carried out this work very efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Johnathan you are a star!.Thank you.

I called up and within 30 mins Locksafe were assessing the damage to my lock and door handles, all damaged parts were replaced and everything was explained in detail, and at a great price too! My lock on my door was faulty and when I put my key in it snapped. The locksmith was very professional, very understanding and down to Earth.. within ten minutes of calling he was there.. Absolutely brilliant service! Cheapest quote I was able to find, said would arrive in 20 minutes and was there in 10. Was the only company to state I would not need a new lock all others quoted extra materials wpuld be required. Could not recommend enough.

Lock on Front Door broken, Absolutely brilliant turned up when he said he would. Replaced the lock and Working great. I would have no issues about recommending this company to anyone. Very efficient. Pleasant and Courteous. Downside to him fixing the lock the wife can get in now.

Front door lock wouldn't work so called out Locksafe Locksmiths as had used them previously when I'd locked myself out of the house. Jonathan arrived about 15 minutes after I rang him and sorted the lock out. I would have no issues about recommending this company to anyone. Very efficient.

I used Locksafe to fit all of my locks in my house. They fitted the locks quickly and neatly as possible. Very professional but also very friendly. As each room was finished he cleaned up after himself. No complaints. Will definitely be using these again and reccommend anyone else to.
