I have hit unsubscribe so many times and these people will not stop emailing me!! Feb 2024, Aug 2025, October 2025, November 2025, May 2026 these are all times I’ve emailed them to ask them to stop emailing me because the unsubscribe button does absolutely nothing. I've also written to their IG. I cannot get them to stop and it drives me nuts

Just like another reviewer, I’d love to give -0 stars. I ordered 2 wallets from this company because I had purchased products with the same name at Nordstrom several years ago. This company is a total scam. Cannot be the same company whose leather goods were sold at Nordstrom. The smell of mothballs was overwhelming. I sent an email immediately after opening the box and was told this is normal for leather goods to smell musty or like mothballs. Seriously? After repeated emails attempting to return these items with no help from the dishonest merchant, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I followed every step I was told to. The dishonest merchant said smell was subjective and couldn’t be verified. So CAPITAL ONE closed the case. After contacting the credit card company again I was sent a list of new requirements for them to reopen my case . Unlike another reviewer’s credit card company, CAPITAL ONE was not at all helpful to me. made me send copies of all the correspondence, along with a statement outlining all that had transpired. But the merchant was not asked to do any of that. They simply had to say that I claimed to have returned the wallets, then mentioned I still had them. I never said that. I repeatedly asked for help in returning this stinky things. CAPITAL ONE sided with LODIS and closed the case again. I have run over $750,000.00 through that credit card, never once being late on payments. I pay the bill in full every month. Still no help from CAPITAL ONE. So not only is LODIS a total fraud, but CAPITAL ONE is just as bad. They will lose a long time good customer rather than fight on my behalf over $144.97. Maybe, they don’t want to ask the merchant for anything. In closing, do not order anything from LODIS and certainly don’t expect any support from CAPITAL ONE if you use their card.

Quite a few years ago my daughter gifted me with a Lodis Checkbook Clutch which was in a blueish color on the outside with pink interior. This style was the perfect size and the correct number of compartments for what I needed to fit.

Not only has it been the perfect wallet for my needs but the color was outstanding. To this day I am still getting compliments on the color and how different it is, and how it's so much easier to find/keep track of with the color combination.

I would gladly order another product by Lodis - and will as soon as this wallet is not longer presentable in public :)

BTW, It's weird because this site wants a date but it won't allow me to go back approximately 12 years ago when I was gifted this wallet so I just selected a random date. Sorry for any confusion.

I ordered the Bonnie and the pandora as a gift for my brides maids and they absolutely loved it!! Great quality and customer service

I bought my favourite product from them which was the lacey tote around 3 years ago. I still use it daily till date and its in the perfect shape and condition and looks as good as new! Lodis has some of the best premium looking bags but at the most affordable pricing. Love their collection!

Been using my Lodi’s Lacey bag for almost 1.5 years now and still love it. Timeless design, great quality, and super practical for everyday use. It’s held up beautifully—definitely a worth-it purchase.

I am still enjoying my trusted Lodis satchel which I have had for over 5 years. The leather has aged beautifully and has only gotten softer with time. Highly recommend this brand.

Edit: After reading the seller's response on 3/23/2026 I emailed them and also called that same day. Nobody has replied as of 4/15/2025. I know the email address is valid as it is a chain that they had replied to my initial request for a refund (my only email reply received, in which they said their wallets don't have chemical odors). I know the phone number is also valid since someone picked up when I wanted to ask about a refundin January. So, they have the wallets and my money at this point. I'll update my review IF they ever refund my money, but until then any responses from the company should be considered false.

The products I purchased smell of chemicals, with one in particular smelling horrible and I don't feel comfortable even handling the items.

I contacted them the same day to initiate a return, and have not received confirmation to send them back.

I was trying to return without the restock fees since these are completely unusable, but I've heard nothing.

I am sending them to their New York office tomorrow, and hope for the best. I wouldn't trust or deal with this company ever again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The customer service is the worst, my package wasn't delivered at all and I did not get my money back. Stay away!

I sure wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot regarding Lodis, a retail company with a slick website promoting high quality luxury goods.

My experience was very poor and similar. My clasp wallet selling for $138 was delivered late. It had a musty mildew smell. The wallet was very stiff and tight such that a credit card can not slide in smoothly into the slot.

I had emailed the company several times with zero response. I sent a Facebook message. I googled a number for the company. It was disconnected.

A red flag should be that the Lodis website does not have a customer service number. And it does not have product reviews either.

Steer clear. This is a sham company located in India. I got my money back by disputing the charge with my Visa card.

I had a Lodis wallet I loved for many years. It finally wore out so I ordered a new one, and the quality of this brand has really declined. The zipper is not smooth, and you have to really shove cards and cash to get them fit into the slots. Lastly, the website indicates you are ordering from the United States, but then they add a hidden fee for foreign transaction with India, which I only discovered upon receiving my credit card statement.

I bought a wallet on line . The order took a lot longer to arrive . I finally received it on 09/20/2025 and when it did . I realized this wallet was not going to work for me. I tried locating this company with a phone number and was surprised to see there was not one . That was a red flag. I have documentation on my communication with the individual but once I gave all the information for a new wallet that I was told I would receive and I could return the one I bought. As of today, 10/22/2025 I have never heard back from them . I buy a lot on line due to where we iive. I have never had such a horrible and very unsatisfactory experience with a company I always thought was an honorable one. I have noticed that there are other who have experienced an unfavorable situation as well. I don't know who reads this but you really should know that LODIS.com is a company you should stay away from.

The wallet smelled really bad, Actually I think it may be toxic. Quality is extremely poor. I didn't brother returning it because I'll never get a refund. I'll save the additional shipping expense. Honestly, I'll throw this wallet in the trash. Not able to resell this even on ebay and I would not want to discredit my stellar reputation

One of my items arrived damaged. They crammed a tote with a structured bottom into a flimsy plastic pouch that was smaller than its contents dimensions. It arrived crushed and broken down. I have sent messages and emails. I have yet to receive the curtesy of a response. I am taking additional action. Buyers beware. Customer service is nonexistent!

I ordered the Montauk Crossbody bag from Lodis.com and discovered when I opened it wide enough to access things the zipper was very difficult to close. The design had a zipper much longer than the opening and the end bent and was tucked into an opening there. This bend was the problem. I sent a video promptly and had a lot of difficulty getting them to respond. Eventually they said to keep the zipper outside the bag. I responded that it looked stupid and said that the photo of the bag on their website did not show this. They never responded!

I ordered a wallet online from Lodis directly. It arrived with a broken zipper. I followed all the return instructions and have yet to receive a refund. It's been 8 weeks and I've gotten zero response from the many emails I've sent. Extremely disappointing and frankly a fraudulent business practice.

When I took my two Lodis women's leather wallets out of the closet, they had several areas of disintegration!!

The leather wallet I ordered is very nice. Unfortunately, it arrived much later than expected and I could not give it as a gift. Note that although Lodis claims it is a USA company, the purchase came from India. Thus the longer shipping time. Returns come with a $25 restocking fee. Avoid any online purchases from them.

I received a lovely handbag that I ordered in a timely fashion. Within just a few days, the strap pulled away from the bag. There was faulty stitching. I notified the company promptly and asked for a replacement bag or a refund. I did not hear back, I again emailed customer service. Finally, after several days a reply came asking for photos which I sent promptly. I waited a full week and again contacted customer service. No reply. Again, I waited and I also complained about the response time. Finally after two weeks I was assured a replacement would be on the way. I was asked to return the handbag. I returned the handbag and had to pay the return shipping for the damaged bag. No HANDBAG was sent in a timely fashion. I alerted the company I would be leaving the address where I had been staying, and stated that if they couldn’t deliver by the end of the week to give me a refund and keep the bag. NO HANDBAG and NO REFUND!
Do not order from this company and expect any customer service if you have an issue.
