I completed the LCL Level 2 plumbing and heating course at Logic4training in Northolt with no experience in the trade at all. My tutors, Colin and Ryan, helped me a lot and guided me through every step. They explained things clearly and never made me feel silly for asking questions.
The mix of theory and practical work was really helpful, and practising in the workshop gave me real confidence. The centre is well equipped and the staff were friendly throughout.
If you're new to plumbing and heating like I was, I'd definitely recommend Logic4training. Thank you Colin and Ryan!

I would like to thank Jerry and Jeremy for their excellent training and support throughout the course.
Both trainers were very knowledgeable, professional and patient. They explained everything clearly and made even the difficult topics much easier to understand, especially the gas calculations, testing procedures and practical work.
They were always happy to answer questions and explain things again whenever I was unsure. Their practical experience and teaching style gave me much more confidence going into the assessment.

On Site Skills - Northolt Centre
Came here for the on site skills course, included as part of my electrical level 2. Had no prior experience with handy work.
Great course, definitely would say suitable for a complete beginner (I’m 19 so just starting my journey) Ryan was a great teacher, very helpful and also helped to create a relaxed environment where I didn’t once feel pressured or silly.
Always gave clear, easy to follow instructions, would recommend this to anyone who needs a bit of help with general use of tools and other techniques like painting, tiling, chasing etc.
