I just got done with Logo Traffic and I can't begin to tell you how happy we are. From the first conversation to the end, we could not have had a better experience.
Our designer was Steve Wilson and I would have to think very hard if I have ever worked with a nicer and more customer oriented person than Steve. He definitely listened to everything we explained as he came up with a logo that was close to perfection from the start.
We are so happy with him and the entire Logo Traffic family.

Logo Traffic is so much more than the name. It is really a one stop shop from start to finish from business plans, logos, websites, apps, business cards, recommendations, etc. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is first class. The turn around time on projects and questions are very impressive. The two gentlemen I have had the honor to work with are James who is amazing and Andy who knows how to make any business successful. I would recommend using them 10 out 10 times.

Worked with Logo Traffic on a new company logo. Very impressed with the affordable price, turnaround time and fresh visuals. Their logo ideas were nothing I thought about and I was able to pick one of the four logos provided. I didn't even need to have any edits done, because I was able to immediately select one of the logo designs. My personal account manager was James.

Do not believe it when they say unlimited logos for $199- they sent me a few the first day ,and I gave the feed back and all they would do were revisions on the ones they originally sent. I told them it was time sensitive, and they drug their feet to the point that I had accept a mediocre logo if I wanted anything for my money- oh yes, their Money back guarantee was not honored either- they strung me along with they will do a refund but never provide it. Very disappointed and will not reccomend working with them at all

Very pleased with my experience. Jake from Logo Traffic reached out to me immediately once my order was placed and the project started and provided several designs of the logo concept I asked for. I was very impressed with the results and how fast they were delivered to me. I really liked one design but two other elements from two other logo concepts and asked if they could combine them with the logo I instantly felt matched the concept I had in mind and they put my vision together instantly and delivered on my logo design, social media banner and stationary set in the highest quality within a very reasonable time frame. Jake was very helpful on making this project a success for me while providing every detail and responsive answer to my questions and requests. I'd recommend them if you want a high quality logo design, social media banner or stationary set for your project for a reasonable cost!

They were very, very, rude. They were very slow. They did not communicate well and the reason I say this is because other companies ask a lot of questions and they do not. They expected me to constantly harass them to get anything done. Eventually I asked for a part of my money back because I was being reasonable. They had already given me some finished files for a logo but I wanted to receive the money back guarantee on all the other services that they had not provided but they would not give me any money back. The %100 money back guarantee is a lie. They argued with me and insulted me. I wished that I had gone with a more reputable company. Since then I have read the terrible reviews all over (including BBB) and I wished there were more of them because I would have saved a few hundred dollars.

Great Experience and finally have a logo I'm happy with after trying to do it myself for over a month, I just couldn't make it come I life. They did a great job bringing it all together for me and making my requested revisions in a timely manner.

A very good experience and a recommended option if you are looking for a fast, online logo design experience. I must admit I assumed an online version of this service would entail some automated, templated approach to design. But I was contacted by a person, I filled out a questionnaire about preferences and within 48 hours, I was sent 4 designs by 2 designers. All were very viable, I loved 2 of them and chose 1 with no version ups. If I had a complaint it would be that after I approved the designs, it took a couple of days to get the final deliverables which I expected a bit sooner. However, this was a very good experience for what this service is. Great way to go.

If I could give them no starts I would ! I ordered my logo last week on Wednesday, stating I need it ASAP , which they said they would get it to me 24-48 hrs max. They gave me samples on Friday night which I did not like any of them and said what I want to see , yet to receive anything !!!
They were quick to charge and they do not want to refund money back !!!
I’d be very careful with your decision to go with this company !!!

What a terrible company! Highly unprofessional, unethical and deceptive. I just wanted to get my logo designed but they keep pushing me to get some kind of copyrights by paying a hefty amount or else they will not deliver me vector formats. I found that the designs in my opinion were very basic, elementary, clip-art designs. I was told they would be custom drawn logos.I will not recommend this company to any business owner. This company will take your money and stop replying back. I'm utterly astonished. Please don't pay these guys anything whatsoever.
