I was very impressed by the professionalism provided by the consultants who were very attentive to my needs, worked efficiently to provide what in the end was a product that I really like.

The team raised a number of business related issues and made sure i was fully informed about the decisions I was making in relation to copyright issues.

Found the whole process easy, I received about 8 different logo designs and once I'd decided on a design concept there was no issue in making a number of changes until I was happy with the final logo design.

SO DISAPPOINTING

After reading so many reviews on here, I thought I was dealing with a professional company. I don’t know if it’s the company or the people working on my logo and website.

Initially, I bought the basic pack from Logo Venture to work on logos. When that was finalised, which took quite some time, I was convinced that I would better off with a customised website. After some initial misgivings, I went with it, as Henry offered back office training on the website, as well as he offered to help set up on other social media. This all started in the beginning of October.

There has been very little, if any communication from them.
I informed them that I wanted things up and running for the Boxing Day sales, to which I was informed, was possible. I haven’t heard from them for approximately 3 weeks. NOTHING !! Not even the logos so I could get things printed.

I finally received my logos but was too late for the Christmas/Boxing Day sales.
My suppliers are now closed for the Christmas/New Years period.
I’m so disappointed.
I have commenced procedures in gaining a refund.

I love the results and the cost. Sometimes I wish that it would be able to be completed faster.

I've used your services to create a logo for a venture that we're starting in Australia and I've found your support and responsiveness to be outstanding.

In the end your price points are also very competitive, so all in all a big Thank You for your help. Let's hope that the logo inspires a lot of individuals and companies to use our survey going forward.

Trying to build a new business I'm very conscious of how and where I spend my time and I can honestly say the 45 mins I spent on the phone with Isaac was time well spent.

He was clear and concise and happy to go with where my questions drove the meeting, rather than a pre-determined script.

My only suggestion would be to verify international timings.

Fast, talented, open to all ideas and inspirations. Affordable compared to the other companies out there.

Great design work delivered with great service!

I really wanted to give a 3.5, but I rounded up as LogoVenture were always courteous with me. My logo design experience was also great. They took my request and combined it with their graphic design knowledge to give me a logo that was better than what I envisioned.

My issue with LogoVenture came when my website was designed and developed. There were several misunderstandings regarding how the website was supposed to look and function as well as the hosting platform. Making the site via WordPress was fine, but to my understanding, the site was hosted on GoDaddy rather than Google's Sites web application. Web development is not at all my expertise though, so it may not have been possible to do what I originally asked for. There was also some confusion about how the site was supposed to look, but the base that LogoVenture provided me with was more than good enough for me to get the look and functionality that I needed by tweaking their work on my own.

Overall, I feel that they did an alright job, and they responded quickly when I inquired about their services unlike some of the other companies I reached out to, which did not respond at all.

I would provide a link to the site, but the project that I was working on fell through, and the link is now dead. I hope that LogoVenture are able to share images of the site as they originally designed it in their portfolio though; it looked very nice.
