At first it was great and they were very prompt but unfortunately towards the end of the process it seems we can go as long as 1 week to hear from them so it's a very long drawn out process. Otherwise okay.

I have used Logo Ventures just by finding them on the internet so far everything they said they could do has been done all I am waiting on is them to finalize my logo to my letter heads envelopes business cards and main banner once I have this emailed and sorted from them I will be able to give contamination of 💯 percent a solid company that does what they say there going to do definitely a bit sketchy paying $199 up front when you're not sure what ur going to get so far so good I will add another review once they have finalised everything I have paid for witch I'm sure will not be a problem.

Terrible experience. They claim they are located in Sydney Australia, however every time I tried to get in touch with them I was diverted to some place overseas with representatives that would hang up and make a Mockery out of you. I asked for a full refund as the logo I received was shocking, i did not hear back from them until I sent 100s of emails. I also had the sales people laugh at me and curse. A lot of their reviews are fake. See their google reviews and a lot of them are done by the same people who have “coincidentally reviewed the exact same places. Please do your thorough research of this company.
