After placing my oder online I was immediately contacted by a project manager who listened to my needs. A day or so later I was provided with a selection of outstanding concepts of which I chose one without the need for any changes. Efficient, professional process resulting in a top logo.

When starting the process of creating a company logo I had a specific picture/logo in mind - being sure that my idea is perfect. Receiving 4 different design suggestions gave me the possibility to take a step back and reflect and get a great solution/logo.

This was an experience that I would recommend to anyone who wants their feedback incorporated into the project. This was my second experience with a graphic design team, but it was the first time I had a say in the final design.

i wouldn't say they are good to deal with just rubbish i asked for my money back and it was a no ,then i got asked for more money .100 % money back guarantee thats a joke .then account manager gets angry actually have nothing no logo no web site i got accused falsely of a threat be aware of of the people now a legal claim the federal trade commission and australian commerce commission is now investigation this out fit I GOT A FULL REFUND VIA PAY PAL as this dishonest company refused to refund STAY AWAY

I am extremely happy with my final logo! I was provided a variety of different designs and was able to take lots of different elements from the different logo designs. The platform they use, is user friendly to view designs, make comments & communicate with the design team. It took some weeks going back & forth to get it right but the persistence was so worth it because I feel my logo is absolutely perfect. Even though I kept asking for different things eg more shading, trying different colours, fonts ect I was never asked for anymore money than the initial cost. So grateful for the work put in by the team. Wouldn't hesitate to work with Venture Logo again in the future!
