Lemon was too strong 🤢
Thanks for Lola Cupcake but I wasn't expected the cake to be so strong in lemon. It was a birthday cake and it was also too much for my kids. IfI knew, I should have picked a different one 🤷

Hello Rabah,
Thank you for taking your time to share your feedback regarding the free cake received in store as part of our Love Club birthday offer that is running through the end of this year.
We are sorry to hear that the lemon cake you received in store had a strong taste of lemon that you did not enjoy.
We will be sure to pass this feedback on to our bakery and product development teams for further review.
If you would like to discuss this further with our team, please get in touch with us directly at hello@lolascupcakes.com.

Don’t store it too long or it will have a carton taste
We ordered your Oreo Cake for my son’s birthday. It was very nice presented, in a very sturdy box so it was protected.
We ordered it one day before the party.
Children loved the Oreos on top but it was too sweet for adults and it had a slight taste of the carton base… So maybe it would be a good idea to protect the base with plastic or waxed paper in case the cake has to be stored. Apart from that we were satisfied with it and will order again for sure.

The cake we always order is my two daughters and my favourite cake. We don’t order from another company or tried any other cake as we feel we have found our favourite. The service is also excellent either in the phone or at the Ealing Branch. Top service. Happy customer

The icing is divine but it can be hit and miss! One day last week I got it and was proper butter cream, this occasion wasn't so good! But I love the cakes, in particular the hazelnut chocolate cupcake is the best.
