We had a really great time staying at our home in Edinburgh, a really nice comforting apartment with plenty of shops nearby, a great time and place to live. Really nice bathroom with an ensuite I would highly recommend! The team at Lomand were friendly and helpful when issues needed resolved.

I was unable to access fixflo to report a problem so used the telephone option. I spoke to Phil who was very helpful and passed the problem onto Darren Wright, the contractor for these flats. He was able to come later that afternoon and resolved the problem.

I have had a very positive experience with George Burkett as the Property Manager for my property. He has consistently been professional, approachable, and responsive whenever I have needed assistance. Communication has always been clear and timely, and he has demonstrated a genuine willingness to help resolve any issues or answer questions.
One of the things that stands out most is his honesty and transparency. He keeps me informed about important matters relating to the property and provides practical advice when needed. His courteous and respectful manner has made managing tenancy-related matters straightforward and stress-free.
Lomond Investment Management appears to place a strong emphasis on customer service, professionalism, and effective communication. The management process has been well organised, and requests are handled efficiently, which gives confidence that the property is being managed responsibly.
George's commitment to providing a high standard of service is greatly appreciated. The support in setting up the lease all the way to its ending has been really good. Shas has accommodated many of the complexities of our situation and has been prompt and friendly in all our interactions.

Avoid this money grabbing incompetent company at all costs. They refuse to provide legally required tax statements, refuse to comply with gdpr, withhold money due, refuse to engage. Their customer service is non existence. Their executives hide behind complaints processes and delay and avoid scrutiny.

More responsive, got reply quickly and seen things moving faster and better afterMr. George took incharge.

I had a problem with the rental house, Reported the issue and after a few days they had arranged for it to be repaired. No issues.

I wanted to leave a positive review regarding the noticeable improvement in service over the last 6 months. The maintenance process feels far more efficient now, especially through the portal system.

Recently, both my shower head and oven needed fixing, and both issues were resolved within a week of raising the requests, which was genuinely appreciated. Communication has been much smoother and the whole process feels more organised and responsive than before.

A special mention to George Burkett for the support and coordination throughout, and also to Pritchards, who were the speedy contractors handling the repairs in the building. Their quick turnaround and professionalism definitely made a difference.

Really pleased to see the improvements being made.

I have never dealt with a company as useless and unhelpful as Lomond.

We emailed several times over the 18 months we rented through them. I cannot recall ever receiving an email back. One of the worst experiences was us emailing to give our two months notice period. Nobody acknowledged our email, so after a week we resent the email. Still no acknowledgement. We ended up ringing them, to be on hold for 40 minutes before we had to give up. When we eventually got through to them, almost 3 weeks after the initial email was sent, when we aired our frustrations we were met with a very abrupt and dismissive man who couldn't understand why we were so upset.

When we have spoken to anyone, we have felt a burden to them and have often been questioned what we expect them to do about our issues. Thankfully, I chose a career not in property, therefore it's not my job to know what it is they need to do to resolve issues. Even despite them choosing that career, they're still unable to know how to resolve issues. No hope.

I would never recommend Lomond to anyone.

Worst Estate agents, they never answer calls if you have a problem , no maintenance issues are ever resolved

Since moving into our property, Hannah Ndebele has sorted any problems out, the contractors and the property manager has made sure things have been done, couldn’t recommend Hannah enough.

I recently moved in with Lomond and have had a really positive experience so far. The move-in process was smooth, and the team was helpful and responsive throughout.

What has stood out most is how quickly maintenance issues are handled. Any queries or requests I’ve raised have been responded to promptly by George, which has made settling in much easier and more reassuring.

Overall, communication has been clear and efficient, and I’m happy with the service provided so far.

I had requested George Burkett to get me meter reading - he provided within 24 hours.
Also he was quick responder to my queries and followed up to resolve issues.
