was charged £24.99 by Londira for 84 sleep patches, Amazon sells 84 Londira patches for £14.99 in almost EXACTLY the same packaging, other than Amazon HAVE Londira on them and the pack I got from Londira had what looked like MS? Other similar packaging has nothing listed (look yourself). either way it’s apparent the sleep patches all appear to be manufactured and come from China, but Londira didn’t admit to that, and this must be the cause of the long delays, and Trustpilot “one star” reviews which confirm my experience of poor deliveries and waiting times. They use the excuse they run out of stock due to popularity on their website but it depends which site you look at. Amazon supply NEXT DAY for instance at half the price. I was told this below by Londira (located in Unit 1301 Gatwick Road Crawley)

It beggars the question if they are replicas” why haven’t Amazon been pulled up on this by Londira? especially having Londira printed on the packages from Amazon. For instance how do we know Trustpilot reviews are made on either Amazon or Londira Crawley sleep patch suppliers? On further investigation it appears they are manufactured in China under Zenthica and undoubtably the price is set by those SUPPLIERS ordering them. Zenthica I believe are part of Giangdong Ximonth Trchnology Company, providing a multitude of health products and several sleep patches.

I was advised if I wanted to get my money back I should send them to what was a different UK address to the Crawley one? I have tried the patches for four days now seeing no sleep improvement whatsoever.

I was for looking (as always) for insomnia stuff..I did an internet search and these popped up...it was an independent review and had other items on the review...I went and looked at these and took a giant leap of faith hoping it wasn't a scam...it wasn't they are real and they did turn up.. Sam gives great friendly reassurance...
They didn't work for me but I am harder than a horse to take down

This issue has now been resolved,Sam from Londira has got in touch and has given me a full refund. Very happy with the way this company does business .Upgrading to 5 stars.

So after leaving a bad review to say the patches did not work for me personally the team at Londira got in touch with me and kindly gave me a FULL REFUND. This never happens and I was really grateful. Although the patches unfortunately didn’t work for me the customer service was outstanding so I big thank you from me. Keep up the good work!

Terrible. Tried these and multiple patches and had even more broken sleep. Tried contacting them 'infoatlondira.com.' to return and no reply on 10/03/26. Tried again 17/03/26 and the email returned Undeliverable.

Have been using the sleep patches for a couple of months now. Mixed experience but overall, i would say that they have had a generally positive effect on my sleep pattern. They seem to help me fall back to sleep again at 3am. As others have said you need to be consistent in their use.

I am a person who has been a poor sleeper for years. I have undertaken a sleep clinic as well! I am an insomniac. Regular amount of sleep would have been 3 to 4 hours. Sometimes none at all.
I decided to give Londira a try. I went straight in at two patches. After 3 nights of more restful sleep I slept the next night for 6hrs straight! This seems to be my regular, 6/7 a night. I am 76 so this is determined as a normal sleep pattern for my age. I am delighted!

I placed an order for the Londira sleep patches and after several eeeks waiting my order was not delivered. I advised customer services person and they advised me that a replacement order had been dispatched as my original order had gone missing in transit and that I would receive my replacement order in a few days. Guess what? A week later and still no delivery of the replacement order!!!!
The delivery service from this company is absolutely deplorable so I have demanded that return my money which they have refunded very quickly. Based on my experience with Londira, they seem to have serious order delivery issues which they need to address as a matter of urgency. Until the order delivery problem- which this company clearly has - is addressed and resolved, I will not be placing any further orders with this organisation.

did not deliver my order been trying to get a replacement sent without any luck. Spent quite a bit of money on my order so helpfulness has been very slack with communication. Can’t even find out who the postage was sent through extremely unsatisfied with customer service.

I had originally posted a poor review because it took so long to come and it was made in China, i gave this company 1 star! Londira contacted me from this review and offered a 100% refund without me having to return the product, which is excellent customer service! I have been using for more than 20 days now and the paches have had no positive impact, there has been no improvement!! I am giving 3 stars for customer service!!
