Terribly unhappy, had my whole house cleaned by these guys, Deji promised he would make good the damage caused by his company but failed to do so costing me thousands of pounds in new carpets throughout the whole house.

Do not use them. Conned from beginning to end. Could not remove stain on site, which they said that they could, so took carpet to their 'warehouse' for cleaning and paid almost double for that honour. Stain still not totally removed and I was told it was due to wear. Carpet does not receive wear. Be warned. Company is using name of limited company that is insolvent. Payment taken by another company. Took about half a dozen calls and email to ask when carpet, promised for yesterday, would be delivered. They make you feel as if they are doing you the favour and that they are the client and not vice versa. Lots to learn about transparency and treating customers with respect.

Website says £40 per rug except after messaging business you find out it’s actually more.

Waste of time for everyone involved.

Cleaner was rude and unprofessional, would not recommend. Asking for more money after we were given a quote and the final results were mediocre. Definitely not worth the price save yourself some money and find another company!!!

The job itself was a mediocre clean. Expensive for what the final results were in the end. But the company (Itay) chased my business for payment with incredible unprofessionalism like harassment. After giving the day of payment and requesting an invoice. He refused to provide an invoice and still expected payment. Which he showed back up at the location, physically chasing the payment. Very uncomfortably and in anger only two days after the job? When the end of the week timeline was given for payment without an invoice.
Very uncomfortable and sketchy. Do not use.

This company (Itay) rushed the job, returned furniture to sodden carpet which consequently stained the carpet beyond repair. Having admitted it was their mistake they sent a 3rd party (Antonio) who confirmed it could not be rectified. They now refuse to accept any responsibility, answer emails or have any contact with us. We should have researched the business beforehand. Please be warned!
