They were unable to remove all of the wax in one sitting as it is very impacted. But they did remove most of it, and I am to come back on Monday after using ear-drops, and they aren't charging me for Monday.

Generally helpful clinicians , however they have had some technical difficulties that have been a significant inconvenience in the past:
- records not being accessible over different sites
- at recent visit, they couldn’t assess my hearing aids as their machine that connects with them wasn’t working.
Two wasted trips

Wonderful experience! I had woken up with almost 80% hearing loss in one ear with difficulties cleaning blocked wax at home. Booked with very very little notice in a panic and there was no problems getting me in quickly! Not only that, but the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed and my concerns were listened to with great advice for future care, my ears feel brand new and I can hear again!

I'll say being able to hear again is priceless, but even the price they charge is great! Affordable, quick and painless.

I've recommended all my family to come here when they get the chance and get their hearing sorted out, and I recommend you do too if you're reading this. You'll be thankful! I know I am :)

Went to the ear clinic in Camden. My left ear was completely blocked with ear wax that I moved too deeply down. Couldn’t hear out of one ear for two days. Came the the clinic and it was a very professional set up. I was seen straight away as I had a booking. Medhavi was very informative and cleaned my ears and also taught me a lot about the ear and how to look after my hearing. Got microsuction to get the earwax out which was a little uncomfortable but didn’t last long. Great service!

The service is amazing and in the past I had had my ears cleared at the doctors but this by far the best can’t recommend enough you feel like a new person easy and painless

A great service and I am delighted that they look after me.

The 1 to 1 audience was excellent. A quick examination of my ears revealed no wax build up, but probably liquid in the inner ear caused by a recent cold. The expert Technician prescribed a decongestant nasal spray to solve the problem.
