They cancelled my viewing one hour in advance via email, given I had booked by phone. I didn’t see the email and only found out when I was already there and called them… Wasted my time plus travel costs because of poor communication, and this was their sales team!

The best letting agent I have ever came across, the entire process was hassle free and straight forward. They work with reference company that completed reference within 2 days and no nonsense documents requested. You really feel that they value tenant's time and you being treated as a customer. Highly recommended to other tenants!

I moved to UK and found an apartment under their management. Communication was great, a viewing was scheduled swiftly. Rhys and Rimi answered all questions I had and helped me through the whole renting process. I really have nothing to complain about, they supported me with all matters.
I can only recommend anyone to talk to them, even with questions not directly in relation to what "they are there for", they have been very helpful.

Absolutely the worst property managers to have. I had a one year tenancy with them and at the end they wanted to keep my deposit for a further 21 days although nothing was wrong with anything in the property from the check out report.

Then all they keep saying is it takes 21 days and it is just how long it takes. (To click a refund button)

Awful agency... I had so many problems with them! Was left without bed for 2 months. It took 3 months for them to fix washing machine. They didn't even offered any compensation!

Great service. The referencing was a little heavy handed but that was out sourced and is common for self-employed. Our agent, Marius, was fantastic and was so helpful through the entire process. They continue to look after us incredibly well. By far the best Estate Agents I've used. Fantastic!

Moving City Property Agents are not all that they seem. Classic case of the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Read the small print because their sole priority is to feather their own nest. Be warned!
