It appears that Trustpilot has removed your second review (the 4-star review) relating to your experience, as Trustpilot only allows one review per order.

I have outlined the timeline below so our customers can have a clear and transparent insight into what has happened.

This is what has happened below. I have reached out to you with an email.

"Wanted to reach out personally, as I was quite surprised to read that you believe that your emails were ignored. After reviewing our correspondence, it seems there may have been a misunderstanding, so I’d like to clarify the full timeline below for transparency.

28th October (13:52): You first emailed us about your order.

28th October (15:24): I tried to call you personally on 07506677048 to explain the situation and provide reassurance. I’ve attached proof of the attempted call — you may also find my number in your call history.

28th October (16:30): I then replied by email from contact@londonperfumefactory.co.uk — it’s possible that message ended up in your spam or junk folder. You can scroll down to see the email history below this email as a proof. 

For your reference, here’s the content of that initial email:


"  Hi Anne,

You’re absolutely right — your order was for 4 x 50ml bottles for £65.

We’ve sent out half of your order first so you can start enjoying the fragrances right away, and the remaining 2 x 50ml bottles will follow next week.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding — we really appreciate it! "


31st October: You sent a follow-up email.

3rd November: Due to the weekend, on Monday, my colleague replied confirming that the second part of your order had been dispatched.

7th November: You received the remaining items.

Your order was part of our Phase 2 custom-made fragrance service, which is entirely bespoke. Because we were temporarily short of one key ingredient, we decided to send the first half of your order immediately so you could start enjoying it, and dispatched the remaining bottles as soon as production was completed.

I completely understand that waiting for the remaining items may have caused frustration, and I’m genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this delay caused. However, I do believe your review may not fully reflect the steps we took to communicate and complete your order.

At London Perfume Factory, our goal is always to provide exceptional service and truly unique, made-to-order fragrances — something we take great pride in. I’d be very grateful if you could consider updating your review to reflect your full experience, now that your order has been completed and you can see that we made several attempts to keep you informed throughout.

We do offer a 100% money-back guarantee — if the fragrance is returned to us with at least 90% of the bottle remaining, we’re more than happy to issue a full refund.

Longevity can vary depending on the fragrance profile selected. Lighter, fresher scents naturally wear closer to the skin, while deeper, woody or spicy profiles tend to last longer. That said, all of our fragrances are formulated at 25% perfume oil concentration (Extrait de Parfum) and use high-quality perfume oils rich in active ingredients to ensure maximum performance.

We do offer a 100% money-back guarantee, provided the bottle is returned with at least 90% of the product remaining, and we’re always happy to assist with returns. In this case, we were unable to locate your order details, otherwise we would have reached out to you directly to resolve this.
