Wagyu Chuck Roast Win
Ordered the wagyu chuck roast twice for different occasions, was the star of the show. Living down south i was pleasantly surprised that both shipments came completely still frozen! Very worth it and will be purchasing again.

Great but inconsistent
As a beef connoisseur, I’ve tried many different brands of wagyu, and the best steak I had was from Lone Mountain. The depth of flavor it had separated it from other producers.However, the second ribeye in my order had little to no flavor at all. I was very disappointed to see a lack of consistency.

Beef Cheeks!
I ordered the stew meat and the beef cheeks. The stew meat is always perfect and tender, I use it to make Beef Bourguignon. But the highlight were the beef cheeks!! I slow braised them in wine and beef broth and they came out fork tender!
