David has always been extremely helpful whenever I have needed a mortgage arranging, whether it is a remortgage or buying a new house. He expertly guides you through the whole journey and has great enthusiasm and determination to ensure that you have the best possible deal. I would highly recommend Look 4 Mortgages.

I first came across Look 4 Mortgages in a mad panic to find a new mortgage supplier, as we were let down by our own supplier at the very last minute.
We had already been offered a mortgage in principle by a lender we had used before and had put in an offer on a property which had been accepted.
Then we found out at the very last minute that they would not lend us the money due to our current circumstances and we needed a much more bespoke service.

I contacted David (Look 4 Mortgages) who was sure he could sort something for us and organised to see us personally the following day.

David has been absolutely fantastic.
David worked tirelessly to find us the best solution so that the mortgage could still go ahead. He kept us in the loop at every stage, and despite there being a few hold-ups that were out of his control., He was very patient and chased up the Solicitors as and when required. He organised a very bespoke mortgage, which I honestly don’t think would have happened without him.

I would definitely recommend David - Look 4 Mortgages whether you’re a first time buyer or whether you need a more bespoke product and I would definitely use him again for any future purchases that we may make, whether it be on our own property or any of our rentals. Being first time buyers we had no idea where to even start. To be reassured and supported through this journey by someone as passionate about his job and for his clients, David made this journey a breeze.
We viewed a property we loved in the morning and went to see David in the afternoon. I was remortgaging my property and the circumstances were not straightforward. David picked away at the detail and worked quickly to find a suitable lender.
