Poor service is an understatement
Poor service is an understatement. Ordered a card for a disabled friend was due on the 22nd alas no show. No explanation still shows as due to be delivered latest by 2.55pm on the 22/09/2026 Avoid this company at all costs I paid a premium for fast postage what a joke that was. I will not be back!!!!!!

Hi Barry, as we discussed by email I’m sorry your card has not arrived as expected. It was dispatched by us on Monday 21 September via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with an estimated arrival of Tuesday 22 September, so it appears to have been delayed in the post. You said in your reply on Thursday that you would let me know if Royal Mail had still not delivered this but i havent heard back from you as yet so i hope that is a good sign that it has now been delivered.
We are a small family business and use a professional printers to print and dispatch our cards which they do very efficiently. It is incredibly disappointing for us too when the postal service fails to deliver as they should do.

Hi Karen, you have already posted a 2 star review on Monday so i'll just copy and paste what i wrote in response to that one but now you have clarified you are happy with the poster and that infact the poster itself arrived in good condition so thank you for that. So the 3 star review is purely as you would prefer better extenal packaging not for our actual product....
Hi Karen, im sorry to hear you're unhappy with the packaging. Can i confirm that you are saying that the packaging was damaged in transit? Or that the poster itself was damaged? You dont mention any damage here just that you would prefer a different type of packaging but that actually you are happy with the item you received so i am unsure as to why you have given a 2 star review?
Our posters are printed and packaged by a professional printers who print for many other large companies but i will discuss packaging with them to see if there is anything else that could improve it while not drastically increasing the cost of delivery for the customer.
We send our posters with Royal Mail Tracked and your tracking details are provided to you in an email from us and are also available in your account area. Royal Mail themselves would have been emailing the address you have registered with us, so please check you have not registered your email incorrectly as it is not provided here for me to do this on your behalf.

Fun gift idea
I have order many card and 6 poster I must say my family loves them made great christmas gifts last year and the cards are amazing. I'm a early shoppers so it was lots of fun. Wish it has big selection for 4 adults poses 2 adult girl with parent or 2 adult son with parents
And the one with writing i wish came with out writing.. I will order again when I see new updates keep up the great work many compliments asking what company

Growing old disgracefully was the card I ordered for my best friends anniversary and it made me chuckle when I saw it then when I used the photos of our friends it made it even funnier and they loved it too and had a good chuckle. Well worth the money.
