I love this store very much, I made two large purchases (both orders totaled about £700) from this store and everything was fine every time, and they also gave me small gifts in addition. I would really like to recommend making purchases on this site, because the prices are very good and the guys often give some discounts. Ho ordinato due palette. L’ordine è arrivato nei tempi stabiliti ma una delle due palette non era quella che avevo ordinato. Inoltre, per aprirla e vedere l’interno (e quindi constatare l’errore) ho dovuto rompere la carta da pacco che la avvolgeva, rendendola quindi impossibile da mandare indietro. Ho già fatto presente questo al servizio clienti. Quello che mi aspetto ora è che mi venga inviata gratis la palette corretta in tempi brevi siccome mi serve per lavoro entro due settimane. Attualmente stanno gestendo con professionalità il mio problema e sono molto contenta di ciò. Appena avrò l’articolo corretto lascerò la recensione finale.
Edit: l’articolo corretto è arrivato il prima possibile come promesso e ne sono grata ma gli ombretti non scrivono, come provato da un video che ho prontamente inviato al sito. Non mi hanno però creduta, nonostante nel video si vedesse benissimo il problema. Probabilmente la palette è vecchia e di cattiva qualità. Mi hanno detto di provare con primer e pennello ma sono una makeup artist da anni, non è forse la prima cosa che io stessa ho fatto? Cattiva assistenza e cura del cliente in questo caso, ne sono davvero dispiaciuta.un rimborso o un buono sarebbero doverosi in questi casi. Non comprerò più! Sembra quasi che vogliano darmi della truffatrice. Pessima esperienza davvero. Mi spiace perché ero partita con molto entusiasmo nel portare nuovi prodotti ai miei top clienti

1-the makeup is excellent quality and the quality\price ratio is excellent too
2-the costumer service is impeccable and they're very kind
3-they have a great variety of alt makeup, I'm goth and I found a lot of gothy makeup :p
4-Shipping to italy was without problems.

I have only had experience buying from websites like Yesstyle in the past. I will definitely be using LookHealthyStore for all of my CBeauty needs from now on. I am so pleased with the fast correspondence from their customer support, and there was no issues with my order at all. I’m from the UK, and shipping took 13 days, which is significantly shorter than other overseas Asian beauty retailers.

I've become fond of Chinese makeup products recently, and LookHealthyStore had most of the stuff I wanted. the products arrived intact at their destination, were original and exactly as pictured. the free gifts provided were so nice and highly appreciated. had no issues with the payment, and the website seems safe to use. I recommend 100% to buy from them and will come again to get other products.

I received my order pretty quickly - truly, the US-based shipping partner this store uses has some awful reviews, so I was a little nervous, but my order arrived without issues. Placed my order on August 18th and received it on September 7th. Received the correct product at a great price, and my package included some lovely samples and free gifts. This was a delightful experience overall, and even though shipping does take a while I’ll definitely be ordering from lookhealthystore again in the future!

The items (including a blush and an eye palette) arrived in mint condition despite the huge distance (China - UK). The communication with the store was excellent (thank you Echo) and I love the products - great quality indeed. I bought an eye palette by Flower Knows and their Circus Blush - amazing products. The Flower Knows brush is lovely and the finish looks exactly like it did in the picture. Haven't tried the UV gel jelly nail varnish but can't wait to do so. I will definitely buy again despite quite a long delivery time (it took exactly 20 days for the parcel to arrive at my doorstep)! Thank you!

I ordered a blemish corrector. The product is fine in itself. However, I didn't pay close attention that this is an on-line directly to China. The credit card I used was hacked less than 2 weeks later. Although I cannot say definitively this is where my card number was stolen, it is the most suspicious considering I do not save my card # with any on-line purchases. Just a note to be careful.

There are not many choices of cosmetics, and their quality is very good, the logistics is relatively fast with clear tracking information, which is more convenient. A developing site, I will continue to buy.
