I called this company as I was looking for a pawn program to replace a no longer supported pawn program. They were listed in a search as a company that supported pawn brokers. The individual I spoke with stated they had a number of pawn shops as customers. After purchasing their program ($300) I found that it only supported point of sales, not the specialized programs need to operate a pawn shop. I contacted the company for a refund and was refused due to it being past 30 days since purchase and due to the fact we had opened the the program. Be very careful in doing business with this company, be very specific if you should talk with them as to your needs and what their program can do.

Terrible Customer Service!!
If there were negative stars I would leave them. We have had this for almost 3 years and haven't been happy since installation. It's extremely difficult and each time we've reached out to support all we get is a link to a YOUTUBE video. There is no after hours support service and you have to pay everything up front so you have zero recourse. I have submitted 4 tickets as of today, over the course of this past week, and I have YET to receive a response. Do your research and find another provider!!
7 phone calls / voicemails to Lothill… NO RESPONSE!
7 phone calls / voicemails to Lothill for support on their One Drop Time Clock 1 FB messenger text and 1 email sent from their website. NO RESPONSE AT ALL!
We need to move the system from one workstation to another and have the data moved also. Installed new software onto new workstation but is asking for a key. The original software was paid for so need the original key.
Cannot understand why no response to customers

Service is very slow to respond to issues (Over 5 months). The service guy will also sometimes contact you, but often does not follow up. Software has lots of features and a great price point, but has lots of bugs. Sometimes software will run slowly or freeze up even on higher end computers.
I don't regret my purchase, but I wish I spent more time researching before investing so much time and energy into this program. It's improving, but pretty slowly. It's 2019 and it's missing some really big payment features.

Great customer service
I bought the program, but I haven't tried it yet, I did however have a few questions during the install and their customer service dept was great! If you need to contact them for anything, ask for James. He's their best person.
