My lashes were sent to the wrong place! I never got them!!!
**Update, after correspondence with the company I have still not received my lashes. I was told they were sent to my old address and that I thought I had changed my address on their site. I was then told that I would have had to have contacted them in order to change my address and then sent them a screenshot showing that my correct address is actually on the site therefore this is an error on their part not mine. I have already told afterpay I will not be making the rest of my payments since lotus lashes is not doing anything to get me my order. I will continue to leave reviews and contact the better Business bureau as well. To some people it may seem silly to you however for me it took me putting money aside to get these. And I did that for three paychecks because things are so tight right now. Then to get them sent to my old address and not getting any help from this company. Apparently greed supersedes customer service with this company.

I bought lashes from here about a year ago and was so happy with the products! This time around though, I’m not so impressed. 3/5 pairs i bought are shedding and have bent/kinked lashes. I understand the fluffy look but this just looks… messy and cheap. And for the price? Wasn’t worth it this time ):

LOVE the lashes!!! The box with the lash holder and 8 pairs is my favorite. Only thing that is negative would be wishing the lash band was consistent across the board. individual lash packs the band is longer than the ones in the bigger pack. but honestly not a huge deal does not change my mind their amazing lashes and I look forward to another purchase!!
