We had been looking for a specific design of ring for my wife for some time. Came across the Louellajewellery site and contacted them by phone. After some very helpful and friendly discussions the bespoke design was agreed and a timescale for completion identified. The ring was supplied on time and we were very happy with it. It was beautiful and everything we had hoped for. A lovely company to deal with.
