I reached out to ask where my order is and was given a tracking reference that shows that the item was delivered in 2025!!!!

Tactical boots
Tactical boots. Bought a pair of these for work in the garden and am very disappointed. They took weeks to arrive which was not clear when I ordered but looked the part when they did.
One main reason I chose these was the zipper closure as I have mobility issues making it difficult to lace footwear so the zip would make life easier. Unfortunately the zipper is not long enough to allow getting them on and off without loosening laces anyway so defeats the object.
When I have struggled to get them on, I have found them not as supportive as I would have expected from a “tactical” boot, particularly the soles which are extremely soft and offer little support. Not what is needed when working outside.
Overall extremely disappointing and would not recommend.
Just to add today I found the boots were definitely NOT waterproof!

What a truly awful company to deal with. One start is too much.
Placed an order for a car play adapter at the beginning of February, it is now almost April, it has not arrived. I have contacted customer services so many times, only to be told wait 3-7 more days. When someone finally gave me a different response, it was to say that they can’t refund me as it’s out for delivery, the best they can do, is for me to refuse to sign for it, then it will be returned and then I will get a refund!!! It’s becoming a weekly battle with them.

Not the advertised product - complete fraud
Took probably 3-4 weeks to arrive - which would have been fine had they sent the advertised item. It was for a Topdon Carpal Bluetooth diagnostic dongle - what they actually sent was a cheap generic ELM 327 dongle which has none of the added functionality of the Topdon product

Do not buy from them
Very poor communication. Threatening behaviour when a PayPal dispute was raised. They have lied every step of the way. They've said that delivery was refused when no item received and they have gone quiet on the refund. I will be contacting the authorities asking them to investigate these scammers.

Dreadful experience - do not use
Dreadful experience. Said that EVRI had the item ready for delivery, tracking didn't work and given alternative tracking for the world's longest and most complicated delivery. Ridiculous. Communication is limited and no item received. Refund request made and nothing.
