scummy website, ordered something I didn't like, promised I would get cashback but never received, dont buy from louvelli.

Scam site. Daughter bought a hoody. It turned up not as described and damaged (and 3 weeks later than promised from China instead of UK as originally stated). Asked for a return address with view for refund. They said as package had been opened so its no longer returnable due to their terms! (This is after they asked for images of damage). Well we haven't developed xray vision yet so not sure how they think can get away with operating this deceptively. Reported.

Ze geven neppe kleding en de ‘klantenservice’ reageert heel onprofessioneel. 50 euro betaalt voor een pak die er heel anders uitziet dan op de site en ze willen hem niet retour accepteren of mijn geld teruggeven, terwijl ze wel een geld terug garantie hebben op de site. Trap er niet in!

Echt meest slechte kleding site ooit, product €40 voor betaald. Komt met vertraging binnen en de kwaliteit is het totaal niet waard. Proberen terug te sturen voor een terugbetaling en krijg wat informatie waar ik niks mee kan. Bovendien is de klanten service verschrikkelijk. Ze reageren wel maar niemand bied hulp en het is maar mijn probleem.

If I could give it no stars I would, exactly the same experience as poster below. My daughter bought two hoodies which are absolutely dreadful quality and nothing like the pictures. They are not honouring a return.

poor quality clothing, extremely overpriced for what it was and inaccurate to photo and description given for the product.
i recently ordered a hoodie from this website, the hoodie i ordered was listed as green in the description and was shown to be a mild green in the photo. upon receiving my order however, it was very obviously cheap polyester in material which is not what i paid for- for £22 i expect a decent material for what i paid. and on top of that my hoodie that came is a khaki green, completely inaccurate to the photo on the website.
steer clear, do not buy from this website- save your money.

SCAM site BEWARE: My 15 year old daughter was wooed by the promise of a £60 Scuffers Hoodie being sold on Louvelli for £25. If something is too good to be true, it generally is!! Item arrived and was absolutely completely nothing like the Scuffers item. Different colour, style, weight, quality - awful. Their customer service only engage in Dutch and they told me that they would not take a return as I had taken the poor copy item out of its packaging. It's wasted loads of my time as I am now disputing the transaction with Amex. These fake sites are becoming more and more prevalent. Sad times.

They send cheap and possibly fake clothes direct from China
They will not allow you to return a product if you have even OPENED the packaging claiming this is due to 'hygiene'...nonsense

Wish we’d looked here first - the product we ordered is NOT what has arrived- cheap, totally wrong colour and size. These are very poor knock offs. Also they “don’t accept returns once packaging open”

Er staat op de site 30 bedenk dagen tijd maar als ik het terug wil sturen lukt het niet. Ik heb al meerdere mails gestuurd. Ben nu 60 euro kwijt

Ordered two hoodies. Absolute scam took 3 weeks to arrive. Fake as ever the quality was rubbish. Don’t think a refund is allowed. Don’t order from here !

SCAM!!! Uiteindelijk, na vele weken wachten toch een pakketje bezorgd. Alles is nep aan deze goederen. De kwaliteit, de print... Kleur komt totaal niet overeen met de bestelling. Zeer goedkope namaakprodukten voor een pittige prijs.

No delivery, no refund, avoid it

The refuse to give refunds - they say if package opened no refunds. Mine not opened!! But in reality even if I did send back (at my expense) it’s clear there is zero chance of a refund. Cheap tacky goods from China - do not use this site!!!
