Highly recommend Love Jewellery…
I cannot recommend Love Jewellery highly enough. When an item purchased for me unfortunately developed a fault, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Their customer service was absolutely excellent from start to finish, and they kept me fully informed throughout the process.
What really stood out was how empathetic, caring and understanding they were, especially knowing how much sentimental jewellery can mean to someone. They treated my situation with genuine care and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.
A truly wonderful company that clearly values its customers and understands the importance of sentimental pieces. I would highly recommend Love Jewellery and will definitely be using them again in the future. ❤️

I ordered a photo necklace and it was just perfect. It is a gift and the photo is of my late mum. It’s absolutely perfect and so beautiful. I can’t Thankyou enough and I would highly recommend love Jewellery. Such an amazing necklace. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.

Absolutely beautiful piece of jewellery for a recent bereavement. It made my mum cry and the picture was so clear. Instructions sent pre delivery for cleaning and how to view the image in different ways. Brilliant company would highly recommend.

This company was 1st class and very professional from start to finish. I bought 4 bracelets for my friends who recently lost their mum and were over whelmed and thought they looked gorgeous and the picture was great. Definitely recommend this company.

10/10 customer service. I ordered a bracelet back in December for a Xmas present for my mum. She had noticed 2 days ago that the photo part had come out and she couldn’t find it. I emailed the company that day and already have arranged for a replacement to be sent out even though it was 7 months ago the order was placed. Can’t fault the company at all, quick response in emails. Would 100% use again!

This product is lovely the picture is fabulous inside its so clear and the keyring itself is beautiful.
