Received my beautiful bracelet with the picture of my late daughter. I ordered the one with the gemstone and I am very happy with it. I purchased a custom keyring which was a picture of my dog that sadly passed away and I was amazed with the outcome of it they perfected every last detail! 10/10 will definitely recommend to anyone.

The company its self was amazing. I panicked at one point as royal mail had the item but love jewelry contacted them as a matter of urgent as it was a birthday present and needed it asap. Turned up the next day. The jewellery itself is gorgeous. I got my partners dad in a necklace as recently loss his father. It made me cry and it made my partner cry. Great value for what I paid. Very very pleased and would definitely recommend and I’d be using again…

Brought a necklace with an image for a friends birthday, picturing her with a close family member who had recently passed. She adores it and hasn’t taken it off since.

Packaging was neat and safe, came within 10 days which is impressive considering the care that was taken to incorporate the image into the necklace.

When my friend lost her mom with just few days before her birthday I ordered a bracelet with the photo of all three of us. Without paying attention, I missed to put all details of the address and that bracelet never arrived, trying to track with post office website but no luck.
I sent an email to the company, their answer was almost immediately and seeing that the address was incorrect and the bracelet was lost somewhere between their company and post office, they ordered a replacement for me, with no extra costs and my friend got her bracelet, which is lovely and looks exactly like the photos !

I ordered the men's pendant image necklace. Delivery was fast & well packaged with tracking available. The image when projected onto the wall was excellent quality, placing the pendant onto the camera on my s25 was good quality also although a bit fiddly.
I gave 4 stars only because I wear glasses and found it hard to see the image by placing pendant up to one eye with the other eye closed but thats just me.
This was a gift for my husband, for our 15th Wedding Anniversary.
He was really happy with the pendant & necklace chain & found it alot easier than me to see the image when placed up to the eye. I will definitely order again.
