Lovely bracelet with pic of my friends dog who died , my friend loved it .I brought her one as she brought me one last year in memory of my dog and I loved it so much I thought I would do same for her

Good things take time. So for me, it was realising that it's not going to be an instant make, the process and delivery takes time so even though they give you a time indication its only a rough guide. I did get updates but it was when the necklace was being finalised and ready to ship out. I uploaded a fingerprint that was from my deceased Dad so I expected it to be different. It was different from the picture you see online but in a good way because it was exactly what my finger print showed and that to me, was exactly what I wanted. They captured the exact print and I'm really grateful for that.
The pendant was a tear drop Shape and honestly at first I wasn't sure what to expect as the box presentation on the outside was beautiful, as I open the box, the chain is in an individual clear bag and the pendant in another- half expected the necklace to be ready made but I'm really glad it wasnt, I liked the fact that I could put the necklace together myself and you can tell it was individually personalised.
Quality wise, you can't fault this at all for the price and the end result is wonderful. I'm really happy with this. The delivery itself was by Royal mail and that was pretty quick once send out. I ordered two pendants and like the fact they placed them in a rectangular shape, side by side instead of bunching them up like a sqaure box.It was compact and prevented damage with the bubble wrapping envelope package.

Can’t remember delivery time as it was 5 months ago, but bloody fantastic! We’ve had ours on since Xmas day and it’s now nearly May. No green marks left, stayed on with no trouble, and customisable so nice and loose. Would recommend 💕

Completely feel ripped off. What a SCAM. I was buying a gift for a birthday. There was an offer that if you spend over a certain amount and you got a free ‘lucky’ bracelet. I thought great as I could gift that to another family member. So I brought more from the website. The package then arrived over a week later than stated when I purchased, and late for the birthday, AND was missing the ‘lucky’ bracelet. I then had to chase several time over the period of a month to received the ‘lucky’ bracelet and it finally arrived and came in a free gift tag bag. No mention of LUCKY at all. So disappointed. That was not what was advertised as I certainly wouldn’t have wanted to gift to a family member. Would never order from this company again.
