Proactive
Initially, my booking went wrong and the payment was pending in my account but the team reached out and checked in with me, giving me reassurance and resolving the problem without me needing to find out how to contact them which was helpful. I also found the family ticket was cheaper than on another website which was a bonus.

Hi Joy,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am really sorry to hear how frustrating this has been for you.
I have checked our help form submissions and inbox, but at the moment I am unable to locate any ticket or booking details linked to your name. We have also already sent a request asking for your information so that we can look into this properly and get things sorted for you as quickly as possible.
We would like to reassure you that we are absolutely not a scam company. We sell thousands of tickets every month at the best prices possible and we do support Blue Light customers with exclusive discounts as well.
When a payment is taken but tickets are not issued, it is usually due to a technical issue with the payment provider, and in those cases the payment is normally automatically reverted back.
If this has not already been resolved, please email us directly at cx@lovetovisit.com with your full name, email address and any payment reference so we can investigate and help you straight away.
We genuinely want to help and get this resolved for you as soon as possible!
Best regards,
Lovetovisit Team

I would rate this company 0/5 if i could. Their customer ser4vice is non-existent.
All I need to do is amend a booking date, not cancel, I don not need a refund. Just amend the date.
I have been trying for days and had no luck via their message helpdesk or phone number.
I need someone to contact me ASAP, please read your facebook and helpline messages

Hi there,
I’m really sorry to read your feedback and I completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially when all you needed was a simple booking date amendment rather than a cancellation or refund.
I want to sincerely apologise for the delay in getting back to you. This wasn’t just over the past few days, but during that whole period we were experiencing a combination of technical issues across our messaging systems and an unusually high volume of enquiries. Unfortunately, this impacted our response times more than we would ever want.
That said, I’d like to reassure you that we did actively try to reach you during this time. We attempted contact not only via our helpdesk and phone channels, but also through Trustpilot in an effort to get your attention and resolve this as quickly as possible. We followed up multiple times but didn’t receive a response, and we continued trying because we genuinely wanted to get this sorted for you.
Please be assured this wasn’t a case of non-existent customer service or ignoring your request. Amending booking dates is something we regularly help with, and we’re very keen to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience, and again, I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
Best regards,
Lovetovisit
I ordered tickets from love to visit…
I ordered tickets from love to visit which weren't then accepted at the event so I had to pay again. I managed to speak to Tom one of the managers at love to visit who speedily processed my refund and was extremely helpful. I did say that the main phone line would benefit from having an actual person to speak to as before I managed to speak to Tom I had left two messages which were unreturned. Tom agreed with my comments and said it was something they would look into.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience you faced at the event and for the frustration caused by not being able to reach us initially, we completely understand how upsetting that must have been.
We’re very pleased to hear that Tom was able to assist you quickly and process your refund, and we truly appreciate you recognising his helpfulness. Your feedback regarding our phone support is invaluable, and we can assure you it’s something we are actively reviewing to improve our service.
Thank you again for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.
