Purchased a jumper but the sizing was not right. Very long sleeves and small in the body. I returned to the address provided with tags and original packaging but after a month no communication and no refund. I’ve sent two e mails to the main e mail address over two weeks but no reply. Messaged on instagram but no response. I am owed £40 so will remain persistent and elevate the issue if I have to. Do not purchase anything unless you have full confidence you won’t return the item.

Ordered various dresses and jumpsuits a couple of years ago but thought I would finally leave a review.
The quality was very good, dresses were lined etc. The sizing however is hideous and all over the place, resulting me in returning almost everything I had ordered.
Had to chase up my refund, they started arguing that I had to wait the full refund period. Argued back that I had. Awful company, avoid.

I recently purchased three dresses from Love ur Look and I am absolutely thrilled with them. This is a small independent clothing company which has been in existence for over ten years. Their dresses and all their clothing are designed in-house and possibly the main attractant to me of this company is their quirky and stunning prints.

Also, they are a size inclusive company with all their products been available from a XS to a 5XL and their clothing is designed, so nobody is excluded and everybody gets to feel beautiful in an item that complements their body.

Love ur Look, also has a strong sustainable mandate, whereby this is not fast fashion but rather fashion that will endure for many years. Whenever I wear one of their dresses, I feel empowered, bright and quite simply, they always put a smile on my face. Also, I love that, these dresses don’t belong to just one age group and on their website, the models range from their 20s to possibly 70s. Therefore, I highly recommend this company and I am still wearing dresses which I purchased eight years ago, because good design and quality, never goes out of fashion. So, check this brand out, you will not be disappointed, and it always feels wonderful supporting, a small independent company.

Jacket very badly made in a very poor quality fabric. The embroidery pulls the jacket out of shape. The shoulders aren’t properly inset. Avoid!
