My experience with Love Warranty has…

My experience with Love Warranty has been extremely disappointing. After my car kept going into limp mode, I got it checked, and the timing chain issue was fixed. I shared the invoice with them, but they kept asking for more details—when I last serviced the car, MOT expiry, insurance info—everything I provided. After all this, they just asked for a formal report, which I sent as well. Still, I received no response from them, and the issue remains in my car. This has been a terrible experience, and I would not recommend them

Can’t fault them brilliant service

Can’t fault them , Caiden is amazing and he works hard to ensure you claim is handled correctly and quickly , they agreed the work in hours and the car was booked in at the garage we chose ( as to be VAT reg) once work was carried out we chose to pay the garage first and then claim back using the invoice , the invoice was paid the same day and money was in my account, no delays , I definitely highly recommend this company and will continue to use and extend my warranty with them

Poor communication

Poor communication. Trying to sort a warranty claim, no one answers the phone and ignores emails or takes days to come back to you when the car is in the garage awaiting work carried out. Shambles!

Jury is out on this "warranty' company !.

Submitted a claim 8 days ago.

Provided additional information as requested 6 days ago.

I even provided another quote for repairs which was 40% cheaper than the first (Although it must be said the first quote was excessive in my opinion)

Every time I contact them for an update I get the standard "It's with the claims department" even though the email reply comes from a person in the "Claims" department !

As I said Jury is out !

I will update review accordingly as I progress

I cannot recommend Love Warranty enough for there fast, efficient and friendly service. We'd only owned our new car a for a few weeks when we started to hear some unsettling noises. Love Warranty stepped right in no quibbles and had the issue fixed for us, taking away all the worry of costly repairs. Thank you Love Warranty 🙏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was abit of a slow process to begin…

It was abit of a slow process to begin with but once they agreed to the work that needed to be done with my car it was very fast smooth and effective!!! Once I invoiced the bill they paid me back within 3hrs so I cant complain and overall im very happy how this was sorted

Love Warranty have been fantastic to…

Love Warranty have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. I own an Aston Martin Vantage and recently had an issue that could easily have turned into a very stressful and expensive problem, but Love Warranty handled everything smoothly and professionally.
The claim process was incredibly simple and straightforward. From the moment the fault appeared, getting in touch, submitting the details, and getting approval for the work felt quick and hassle‑free. Communication was clear at every step, so there was never any doubt about what was covered or what would happen next.
What really stood out was how they took the stress out of the situation. They worked directly with the repairer, kept me updated, and made sure the car was back on the road as soon as possible, which gave real peace of mind given the value and complexity of an Aston Martin. Their team was friendly, responsive, and clearly understood the importance of good service for performance car owners.
Overall, it was genuinely a five‑star experience and I would definitely recommend Love Warranty to anyone looking for reliable, customer‑focused cover for their car.

Please be careful with this company

I normally never write reviews, but my experience with Love Warranty has been so disappointing, stressful and unfair that I feel obligated to warn other customers. Itook out a warranty policy before my vehicle even reached the mileage limit, specifically to protect myself from unexpected mechanical faults. I thought I was doing the right thing by paying for peace of mind. Unfortunately, when I needed the warranty the most, Love Warranty did not deliver the service I expected.

My Range Rover developed an alternator issue, so I made a claim. What followed was over three weeks of waiting, constant delays, unclear communication, and being left without my vehicle while Love Warranty arranged their engineer. This alone caused huge inconvenience for me and my family and genuinely affected me mentally. During this entire period, I was just waiting with no proper update.

Eventually, their engineer inspected the car and confirmed that the alternator was defective and not working. Despite this, Love Warranty still rejected the claim by saying it was due to “wear and tear.” Anyone who understands cars knows that every mechanical part shows some wear — this does NOT automatically mean it should be excluded under a warranty. The alternator failed. It broke. That is exactly what a warranty is supposed to cover. To make matters worse, they used the mileage limit as a reason to decline the claim, even though my policy was purchased BEFORE the vehicle exceeded 95,000 miles. It feels like they moved the goalposts after taking my money. This is extremely unfair and goes against reasonable customer expectations, especially when a policy is sold based on protection and peace of mind.Reading other reviews, I now realise many customers have had similar issues — long delays, inspections that don’t match the final decision, and claims being declined for reasons that feel more like excuses than genuine assessments.

What should have been a straightforward claim turned into weeks of stress, inconvenience, lack of communication, and a final decision that I strongly believe is unfair and not in line with FCA Treating Customers Fairly obligations.

I am now in the process of escalating this and requesting a manager review. If you are thinking about taking out a policy with Love Warranty, please be extremely careful. Based on my experience, the cover sounds reassuring when you buy it, but when you actually need support, you may find the process slow, stressful, and ultimately disappointing. I genuinely hope they review their processes and start treating customers with fairness, transparency and respect — because at the moment, my experience has been the complete opposite.

Our customers sit at the forefront of every decision we make, and we work hard to deliver the best level of service we can. With that in mind, I want to explain clearly and transparently why this claim could not be approved.

Wear and tear mileage limit
Your agreement includes wear and tear cover up to 95,000 miles. After this point, wear and tear faults are no longer covered under the terms of the policy.

When your vehicle was inspected, it recorded 95,560 miles. The engineer confirmed that the alternator failure was caused by wear and tear, and because the vehicle had already exceeded the mileage limit for this type of fault, we were not able to authorise the repair.

Why mileage limits must be strict
Range Rovers are highly complex vehicles and statistically one of the least reliable model groups we cover. Because of this, mileage thresholds are essential to keep the warranty fair, predictable, and financially viable for all customers.

If we overlook a mileage rule for one claim, we compromise the fairness of the fund for everyone else who relies on us to manage it responsibly. We can only approve claims where the customer has remained within the agreed terms.

Communication delays
We fully accept your feedback about delays and unclear updates. This isn’t the experience we want any customer to have. You should always receive timely and accurate communication, and we are reviewing this internally so we can improve.

If you believe the policy was mis-sold
If at any point you feel that the mileage limits or level of cover were not explained properly when the warranty was purchased, please contact us at support@lovewarranty.co.uk. We take this very seriously and will carry out a full investigation. If anything was handled incorrectly, we will put it right.

In summary
The alternator failure was diagnosed at 95,560 miles

This has to be the best warranty cover…

This has to be the best warranty cover out there which I have ever dealt with! They are extremely efficient and reliable when it comes to solving any problem or issue I have come across with my car since taking the cover. I will certainly keep using these guys for any future cars I purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting that peace of mind!
