Not for me! But cancellation is made very difficult as there’s nowhere you can cancel your subscription! Have emailed but no response as yet!!!

After being debited without warning for a second year's subscription I contacted customer services for the program on a Sunday. By Monday morning I had my subscription refunded.
I found the program to be excellent and learned a lot in the initial months. This really helped me to avoid spikes in my glucose levels. I also lost weight. It would be good if it was possible to move to a lower level of support after the first year, with a reduced subscription.

THIS IS A SCAM. BEWARE.
They invite you to join with a low price offer, but FAIL TO MENTION that they will automatically take £69.99 from your account every year and not tell you until AFTERWARDS.
I had to contact Barclaycard Fraud to stop and block this. Then I had the inconvenience of renewing my details on my usual shopping sites.
I shall publicise this as widely as I can.

Scam - takes a subscription payment even if already cancelled. Call goes to voicemail so does not seem legit.

A scam. Signed up 3-4 years ago. Programme resulted in high cholesterol. Took my money cancelled my access when complained but still kept taking my money. Owe me c£350 which they acknowledge but Carson in customer services keeps saying that cannot work out how to refund me as they don't use PayPal any more! Also the only number to call is his mobile! It's a scam for sure. Reporting them to trading standards and court for my money.

Appears to be a scam. I paid for a 12 month membership, never received my activation code and when I log on it only takes me to the page where I am expected to pay again. I have e-mailed twice but never receive an answer. My concern now is that they don't cancel my subscription.....AVOID!!!!

Don’t do it. They get you to join showing a list of respected organisations, send lots of emails, but above all, take your money! Try contacting them to stop, you’ll never get a reply. They are literally living on the fat of the land!

My subscription has been fully refunded and duly cancelled. I am highly satisfied that admin apologised and the error was remedied quickly and without any fuss. This says a lot for the organisation - thank you. My faith in you has been restored and I am happy to recommend you - we are in safe hands.

The Low Carb Programme - I signed up 2 years ago for £20 - The following year they automatically took another years subscription which they did refund me after I explained that I did not want to continue with the programme. I then cancelled my subscription. Now Dec 2023 - They have just taken another £69.99 out of my account - I have tried phoning them and emailing them - no response yet ... no-one there to take my call - it is very distressing and gives you a helpless feeling ... any advice gratefully received. I will update this when I get a resolution.

I signed up to this program last year for an introductory offer of £20 last year , I never used it , never thought no more about it till I got a bank statement, they'd taken £69.99 out of my bank without my consent , rang my bank up they said it will be in the small print that they can take money out of your account. Lesson learnt don't trust them and read the small print before signing up to anything

Joined this week. It's amazing, daily zoom meetings (Monday to Friday), exercise and joga zoom meetings several times a week, weekly weigh ins, lots of recipes, advice, community questions and answer's by health coaches. Able to record blood glucose and much more. This is just what l have been looking for.

Beware of this program! They have taken money from me without authorisation and will not reply to my emails. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED
