LP Property responded via Checkatrade in our hour of need. Came round straight away, gave us a quote and started the work on a Sunday.
Excellent job done plastering our walls, replacing panelling, skirting and Dado rail.
I would highly recommend them as they are considerate and professional.
Excellent job, well done and thank you
in love with our new Amtico flooring, thank you Liam for your hard work and professionalism. You are the cleanest builder we have ever come across. We look forward to seeing you in the summer for our decking.
Liam and Al are true exemplars of exceptional workmanship and we couldnt be more delighted. Both were courteous and polite, approachable and friendly, and extremely helpful, always going above and beyond! The work was done to a really high standard and they were extremely neat, tidy and hardworking. I would definitely recommend.
We had a bedroom decorated, metal garage door painted, fence and shed stained, part of a wooden porch replaced, and some minor exterior maintenance. All the work was completed to the highest standards, as usual. Questions or concerns were listened to and answered. Always friendly and helpful.
Top job! It’s already the third time that I call Liam to do some plasterboard job at home and every single time I’m very happy with the result. Both the plasterboard and the painting are perfect, you wouldn’t say there where holes made there! Liam is very professional, punctual, leaves everything very clean and a very nice person too
Highly recommended!
Liam is an absolute professional. Masterful tiling skill and was very punctual, clean and COVID aware. Worth every penny and our kitchen and bathroom now look fab!
Really pleased with the professional and clean job plastering and redecorating my lounge & dining area. Did a great job and was really COVID aware.
Thanks so much, friendly service, would really recommend.
My husband and I weren’t sure whether we should get the work in our kitchen carried out because of the pandemic but I am so glad we did. Liam went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable at all times. Liam was careful and professional and conducted the work at the highest standard. We are in love with our new kitchen.
Liam did a fantastic job completely re-plastering our office space and fitting a new laminate floor. The workmanship was flawless and Liam kept us informed throughout the entire process. This is the third time Liam has completed some work for us and each time we've been delighted with the results.
Excellent work and advice. Will definitely use again
