They sent me a text offering 35% off my entire order if it is over $100 plus free shipping on orders $49 and over. The text included a link to start shopping. Clicked on the link and ordered $108 worth of items. When my order arrived, the invoice said the order total was $95 and some change. I reviewed my order on the website and was given 35% off on only 2 of the items I ordered. After 3 phone calls and 3+ hours of the phone, they gave me $9 off my bill. They baited me with a fat discount and then refused to give it to me after I made the purchase. I should have received $30+ dollars off my order but instead only got $9 off. I used their credit program too so I should have had around $25 left to my limit but instead have no credit left. That's fine, I'm just gonna take a 100% discount and not pay their thieving bill! But then I suppose they'll report that to my credit and get me in the end anyway. This company lies, falsely advertised and I'm sure will report false information to the credit bureaus once I refuse to pay them. Oh wait... I'll just make 2 or 3 low payments, get my limit raised and have fun getting their stuff free of charge! It's already on my credit right? Lol Jokes gonna be on them! Theives!

Customer service was rude and not helpful. After trying to make a payment online, told wait 5 business days. Payment never posted. I call 800 # and 1st two tries disconnected. The 3rd she was charging me a fee to make a payment. Had to talk with supervisor who just passed me off and didn't tell me she was transferring me. I finally reached a person who took my payment with no fee. Why was this not the case from the beginning. I am a loyal customer who was treated terribly.

I ordered three things from these people. The first a pair of waterproof covers for joining cords outdoors. These seemed to be fine. The second was three computer cables. I had understood from the catalog that these were the type of cable than changed color when the charge was complete. They are not. The cycling colors are purely for decoration. As such the cables are markedly overpriced. The third item was magnetic labels for the exterior of a hotpot. The catalog explicitly said that this item would include adhesive in case the exterior of the hotpot was not magnetic. It wasn't magnetic and the adhesive was not included.
After I got the order I got an solicitation to review the company. I contacted LTDCommodities and said I did not want to give them a bad review, so wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right before I posted a bad review. There was no response to that offer, so this is the promised bad review.
One more thing: The third item had one stock number in the catalog I got in the mail and from which I ordered. When the packing slip came there was another stock number for it. When I went back to their website it was not found under either number.

On September of 2021, I purchased an item that was defective, I paid with PayPal, I returned the item and almost A YEAY LATER!!! They sent me a bill for the item I returned, I called them, and they told me PayPal didn’t pay them the item from the beginning, and that they made the refund through PayPal, called PayPal and they didn’t receive any refund from them, called them back and spent more than 2 HOURS On the phone with them, they would transfer me all over the place without any answers, I asked for proof of the refund made to PayPal and no one knew what to do, when I spoke to a customer service supervisor, she finally told me they would send me and email with the proof, I haven’t received any proof yet, just thinking about having to call them again gives me anxiety, this “company” has the WORST customer service I’ve seen in my life, will NEVER order anything from this place again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Less than an hour ago I purchased a set of deck and stair lighting from LTD Commodities LLC.. When I found a similar and better rated product I immediately contacted them to cancel my order, (LITERALLY 15 MINUTES LATER) I was told @ 8:30am, that the order had not entered into their system and to call them back in 20 minutes, and then they would be able to do so. I called them back at 9:00 am and was told that unfortunately, the product was already processed and they couldn’t cancel the order or remove the purchase from my credit card. After repeatedly being told by this representative and then her supervisor I was told the same thing. When I made it clear that I would rescind the charge with my credit card company and report the charge as fraudulent, the supervisor ended the call by asking if there was anything else she could help me with. I said “sure, direct me to your review page!” BEWARE OF THIS sneaky practice!

placed an order in October and apparently two things I ordered (Christmas decorations) were on backorder. The company never sent an email to inform me and they weren't listed as backordered when I ordered them. I had to call and find out why they were missing from my package. I was told one item was permanently out of stock so I wouldn't be receiving it and the other wouldn't come until mid December. I told her it would be too long and I wanted to just cancel it. She said she processed the cancellation and I thought all was done. Until today January 8, when i get notification my item has been shipped and I see my card was charged. Again this item is a Christmas decoration and it is now January 8. Not to mention the item is now clearanced out on their site for 10$ and I paid full price for it. I call again and speak to a person who says I have to get a return label and return it if I want a refund. What a pain in the butt. I wasn't supposed to be getting it to begin with, I canceled it months ago when I called. She also tells me the second order that supposedly was canceled because it was out of stock, is set to be shipping to me in a few weeks. So I ask her to make sure she cancels it because it's another Christmas decoration and it's now January, and again I paid full price and I no longer want or need it, she says she successfully cancelled it. I'm not happy about having to return the other item so I ask to speak with a supervisor. At this point I've been on the phone for two hours. When speaking to a supervisor she says her hands are tied and to get a refund I have to return this item. I let her know that they cannot hold onto orders for an indefinite amount of time until they decide to fulfill them. It's been months, and I called to cancel it. She then tells me that their system doesn't allow them to cancel any order that is "in process" she said the company is working on it because it's become a big problem, but right now any order that is "in process" cannot be canceled. I told her that wasn't fair because as soon as you place an order it's considered "in process" which means if it's back ordered it will be "in process" until it's fulfilled which means if it's on back order for 6, 7, 8, 9 months it will be "in process" for that entire time. She told me that was correct which means once you place an order no matter the circumstances there is no way to cancel it even though when you call they will tell you they successfully canceled it. I don't even think that this is legal they cannot hold orders for an indefinite amount of time and just decide when they're going to ship it and charge your credit card especially if there's active communication from you and you're asking them to cancel the order because they can't fulfill it. This also means the cancellation that was processed for me today, on the order I was originally told was canceled because it was permanently out of stock IS going to ship to me. Maybe it will be in several weeks, maybe it will be in several months, maybe it won't be until next Christmas time who knows but whenever they decide to ship it to me they're going to charge my card and send it and I just have to wait and return that item too. Not even a supervisor can cancel it. I even tried to compromise and ask her if she would just give me a price adjustment and charge me what they're currently selling for. I thought that was more than fair considering you can buy them at a clearance price now and my items didn't ship until now and they didn't charge my card until now. I just really don't want to deal with the hassle of having to return these with a post office. The supervisor couldn't even do that for me she said their system doesn't allow it. All they can do is give me a full refund after I return them I don't understand how this company can operate the way that they are. I do not recommend ever ordering from this company because everything from start to finish was dishonest I was never even told that these were back ordered I was never given any form of communication I just had to call and find out when they didn't show up in my order and then deal with this headache from there on out. Do not deal with this company.
Tip for consumers:
BEWARE!!! They can take as long as they wish to fulfill your order, in my case MONTHS They cannot cancel your order even though they tell you they did. (Found out after talking to a supervisor) and they can take months to ship it out without you being able to cancel it. You just have to keep waiting and pay for it whenever they feel like sending it. I'm now going to have to dispute charges, and cancel my card so they can't continue to charge me for remaining unfulfilled items they won't cancel.

Just got my order 3days before Christmas. It got very close. I would shop here again.
I've ordered alot from this Place and even though the prices and quality is great, there shipping services have been extremely slowwwwww anymore and that's super annoying
They sent me the wrong item, and it looks poorly made. It's a fragile item and there wasn't even any packing inside to protect it or fragile label, so it was stuffed in the mailbox.
I ordered several things and a bag of marshmallows with snowman faces. The receipt of the products is weeks, or in the case of the marshmallows a month. I didn’t understand the long delay on those, (marshmallows), until I just, finally received them today. Expensive for junk made in China. The cemetery cross I bought was so poorly made, in China, the ground stake snapped off with very little pressure in wet soil. The poinsettia feel off, and this was after I was already disappointed with how cheap it was and looked. Everything I purchased was disappointingly cheap. Marshmallows from China?? That took a month to receive! No customer service. Terrible experience and waste of money.
I placed one order for a few small items and without my knowledge or consent, they started charging my credit card $14.95 per month for a perks membership that I did not request or agree to! I see other people have complained about this practice too. I was charged several times the amount of the few items I purchased months ago, in fees that I did NOT agree to! Someone needs to investigate this practice and put a stop to it!
I ordered Item#: 586185-1Isu-wht on their website which is described as a Storage Tower
9 in. sq. x 5 ft. 3-1/4 in. high. This is a unit that has 6 storage cubes. I got a confirmation email that showed the tower standing that tall with 6 cubes as ordered. The confirmation email did not list any item number in it, rather it contained a link to the exact item defined above. It took them a month to ship my order. It arrived today and is half the size. It has 3 storage cubes and stands at 38" tall. So I call in and the guy tells me, no, this is what I ordered. I tell him I am clicking the link in my confirmation email and it it taking me to the taller item I actually ordered. He keeps putting me on hold and then returns and asks if I ordered the unit with 6 cubes to which I reply yes. I then click the actual "view order" button and it shows the same 6 cube taller unit but says 173441-7Isu-wht is the item number. Mind you, 173441-7Isu-wht is not listed on their site at all and when you search slim storage tower the only one that comes up is the one I ordered. After a half hour of going back and forth, the guy offers to send a return label and ship the one I actually ordered. But, they want to charge my card again. I tell him I refuse to allow a second charge and he tells me all I can do is return it, wait 2-3 weeks for a credit to my card, then re-order. I have zero faith they will send the right item upon reorder so I am cramming all these pieces back in the box and sending them back. I even asked how much this item costs and was willing to entertain keeping it and getting half my money back but they refused to help with that.
Disgusting service I ordered a number of items more than three quarters were wrong providing numbers their catalog supplied noone spoke English had to place two additional orders and pay extra shipping they charged my account for 80 extra dollars no supervisor was available stupid young inexperienced reps telling me I'm who they r talking to so they r in charge really
Bought 5 things in total. A Quilted Pet Car Seat Cover Tan which broke the first time the dogs put any pressure on it. If it were fitted firmly I could understand but it wasn't. There was plenty of give and the elastic just gave way at the seems. I bought a Cell phone stand and it developed a hole in the material which is a very cheaply made felt. A leg ramp and the seems are so sharp there is no way you would put it in your bed and risk slicing yourself while you are asleep. They provide you with a hand pump to blow it up and I can tell you right now, you need 911 on standby because it will suck the life out of you trying to blow the thing up. The pump is like a paper fan pushes very little air around. Thankfully I had a Air Compressor on hand to help out. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the shipping was immediate and the packages were well packed. Clearly this is all made in sweat shops in China because the quality is just plain awful. Sorry, but it is. Feel like I wasted my money totally and completely. Photos look great but a far cry from the reality of the products you will receive.
First, Some common sense sprinkled with a little intelligence would be nice when I contacted customer service. I questioned the Covid 19 carrier surcharge of $3.99 and explained that i had contacted FedEx and there IS NO surcharge for domestic shipments in the lower 48 states and the C/S response was " this is actually a company charge for the shipping charges increase !??? If that IS so, why would this company list it as a "carrier surcharge"? VERY deceiving and miss leading. I then asked if you "offer" free shipping on an order, charging this fee, which is really for a shipping increase AND saying it is totally for a different reason is approaching fraud! I will pay the invoice, less this obvious attempt to scam a long time customer and look elsewhere for future items. Companies like your seem to forget that YOU ARE NOT the only people out there that supply these items.
On 08/31/20 I placed an order it shipped on 09/01/20. As of 09/14/2020 I still have not recieved my order. I called on 09/10 and was told I should wait and see if it arrived by today 09/14. So i called today and was told now I had to wait till Thursday 09/17/29 befire I could get a refund because Ltd has to have time to track down the lost package. Why didn't they do that last week when I callef? Not impressed with customer service and will file a fraud claim credit card.
Come on, You businesses out there are totally wrong you take the hard earn money from the Consumers with that SALE CRAP & then you sugar-coated with those LIES. & yes I am not happy with this Company because of one minute the price is one price & then you see it again as another. I try to give everyone the benefit of a doubt but lately, everyone wants to screw us. Sorry, I'm done with this Company 4 real. Just take me off of your mailing list. I will buy my things somewhere else I will get appreciated. But not here oh, no. M
