Avoid this cowboy business at all costs! Not only did they take over 20K from me they did not provide a invoice for work and stole materials I had given them money to buy. Constantly putting pressure for payment even though job was not finished
I still have the council on my back regarding required building regulations due to the fact he advised me he had the necessary building regulations to build my garage. I have to pay additional 1.5k to remedy the mess this cowboy left me in

Left my house a mess, left the garage in a state I had to get other people to finish off the job spending over 2k to finish, pipes hanging out the roof, garage floor a mess, outsourced the building of my garage bathroom to a rookie. Taps fit on wrong, shower falls off, tiling unaligned, built a wall and covered my boiler controls and had to cut holes in the wall

Absolute scam of a company/person. avoid at all costs the same way he has been avoiding my calls since I paid him over 20K

I had a fence built, and while it initially looked good, after just three weeks the panels began to warp. I contacted Luke multiple times by phone, email, and WhatsApp, asking him to come and inspect the issue and replace the faulty panel if necessary. Today, after he pretended not to hear me when I called from a different number, I realised he had blocked my number, as my calls always go straight to voicemail. He has never responded to any of my complaints or attempts to resolve the problem.

Luke and his team have been professional from start to finish. He turned up promptly to give a quote, which was done on an iPad, and I later received a video showing a 3D model of the garden design — a really nice touch that none of the other companies offered. I also liked that LTS had an up-to-date website and Facebook page, which was reassuring.

The team were friendly and hard-working, completing a large patio, garden path, stepping stones and a second smaller patio in just two and a half days.

I did spot a few snags after the job (some grouting and a couple of loose tiles), but Luke arranged for these to be fixed a few weeks later. I’m confident that if any issues crop up down the line, Luke will make sure they’re sorted — it’s clear this small family business genuinely cares about their customers and their satisfaction.

Had my fence blown down from the storm had a new fence replaced and gate couldn’t have asked for a more polite team anything I asked was done very highly recommend this firm will definitely be getting more work done by Luke and he’s team in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thanks again

Luke and his team installed a beautiful driveway for us that we have wanted for so long. The team worked so hard and turned around the project within 1 week. Luke communicated with me through the whole project and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. They cleaned up every day and made sure nothing was left out or out of place.
