First time ordering and the shirt I bought for a first date was perfect!!!

Beautiful design, classy, and very nice-looking. Their customer service is excellent. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, but the shipping was timely and the shoes arrived on time.

Once I realized I had selected the wrong size, their team was amazing and very understanding. They quickly arranged the return shipping label, asked me for the correct size, and promptly sent the replacement. I received the right size, and the shoes are beautiful.

First off- boots are excellent quality. Exactly as pictured. Second- they came within 3 days. I foolishly sized down, against the size guidelines, and I needed to swap for a bigger pair and the customer service was excellent.
