This is a great quality ring with amazing craftsmanship! The shipping was very quick, and Ravi was a very helpful aid in this process! Absolutely stunning piece! Also never have I ever encountered customer service this brilliant (pun intended) - they keep customer informed every step of the way and double check all measurements etc to be sure everything will be made correctly according to the order. Exceptional service and end product all in all. Thank you for all your help!

If I could put no stars I would
If I could put no stars I would. I went to their website to set up a meeting with them. We had been emailing back and forth about the meeting the rings I was interested.
The meeting time came,I waited 30 minutes, sent out 4 emails during that time. It wasn’t until I threatened to not buy from them that they immediately answered. He said that the time I set the meeting didn’t work for them. But when the meeting was supposed to start, he said that he was on and that he would send the call link to me.
Extremely disappointed but I am glad I saw what kind of company it was before buying from them.
To sum it up, if you have a gut feeling about not trusting a company… you should probably just go with it

How come I can give only 5 stars on Trustpilot? I would have loved to give more stars if possible:)
Highly recommend! Ravi has been amazing in many ways.
First and foremost, Great customer service. I worked with a number of jewelers in Asia and Europe but this was by far my favourite. Ravi exceeded my expectations in every possible way. I have been quite indecisive about the ring design after I made the order (yeah I can be a pain sometime...) but Ravi has been extremely professional and patient throughout the process. I must have changed my design a dozen time but Ravi eventually got me something I love. I give 12 out of 10 for customer service!!
Not to mention -- geat product quality. My ring is so sparkly and beautiful. I wear it everyday.
Thank you again for amazing customer service and the most beautiful ring.
I definitely hesitated at first ordering online, but this was definitely worth it!!

I’m in love with my ring
I’m in love with my ring. I reached out to the seller before ordering to make sure I could customize my ring, and the seller was very nice and helpful. He sent me a video to make sure it looked how I wanted. The ring is absolutely beautiful. The stone is super sparkly I would highly recommend.

Beautiful work
I love the workmanship and the communication with this company especially Ravi was very helpful and patient. Will buy more jewellery for sure. My only complaint was the ring is way too light in weight but I should have asked that question before buying.
