Nice drivers polite service and very quick to pick up up witch is very good and clean cars witch is good

If I could give 0 stars I would, unfortunately I have to give 1 star to leave a review. Driver was extremely aggressive and angry
Demanding money as soon as we started moving . I offered to pay by card but he refused and demanded cash. I explained that I didn't have cash upon which he stated that he was very angry and he was going to take us to Where he lived and leave us there. In the end we just went back to the hotel (after driving us on a magical mystery tour around half of Stoke) to give him his cash and just walked to where we wanted to go anyway. I don't even think this guy was actually a taxi driver, probably just someone's mate they sent to do the job for them. Oh, I should also mention that while getting the money he refused to let my friend leave the car, that was nice of him wasn't it. Overall I will never use this service again and highly recommend you don't either, unless of course you enjoy being shouted and screamed at , threatened, have your friends held hostage and not even taken to where you wanted to go..

I always book taxis through Lucky Seven. You always know that you are getting the best price. This time we pre-booked from an event and they turned up in time even though the roads were busy. The app booking made it easy and we did 3 stops.

Absolutely appalling and completely unacceptable behaviour from the taxi driver. He made extremely personal and cruel comments about my 19 year old sister’s weight and her family

It was reported the same day, she was told someone would ring her 3 weeks later no contact

I hope her doesn’t have daughters himself !

if i could rate 0 stars i would i left my phone in the taxi which obviously my fault i called up the head office and told them my phone was in the taxi the operator called the driver and denied having my phone in said taxi so i had to go through the police to get it back do not book lucky seven taxis please

I’ve been using lucky 7 for a few months now after a few bad experiences with another “highly regarded “ company. I honestly wish I’d started using them earlier. I find lucky 7 cheaper but more importantly I’ve not been let down once. Wait times are short and the drivers are courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.
