Bought an Eastpak Resistr for £190 inc next day delivery. Was £330 on Amazon, John Lewis and even Eastpaks own site. Ordered 3pm, arrived 8am next day.
Would recommend wholehearedly. Brilliant!

Looking to replace my old American Tourister case LS had the most competitive price with free delivery. Last minute order was dealt with immediately and delivered promptly with great service from delivery company. The case was exactly what I wanted but unfortunately due to a manufacturer defect ( no fault of LS) there was an issue with the lock . The service I received when the fault was brought to their attention was exceptional, new case delivered and faulty one returned straight away. Communication was excellent and prompt. New case now ready for my next trip. Best company I’ve dealt with in a long time .

Excellent service. Ordered luggage on Tuesday, arrived the following day via courier, within the time limit stated. Well packaged item. Easy to use website when ordering. Was kept informed via e-mail and text regarding the delivery status. All in all, an excellent service from start to finish.

Superb customer service - I ordered three items, but then realised that one of them was not the thing I wanted. I messaged the team on WhatsApp and on email and Sarah replied to both messages promptly confirming that she had cancelled the erroneous part of the order and that the rest of the order would be unaffected and would still arrive in the original timescales. Would definitely order from this website again. Also the price for the items was much better than I was able to find them for elsewhere.

I spoke to customer services to query stock levels and price matching on two Samsonite suitcase. Kelly from the customer service team was very helpful and great at communicating on the phone and by mail. The order was delivered the next morning by DPD and the small refund for price match difference refunded the same day via PayPal. I was very impressed with the service overall.

Brilliant ordering and delivery via DPD was actually within 24 hours, rather than the 3 days or so that I expected. American Tourister medium suitcase was exactly as ordered and no problems whatsoever. I wish all online ordering was this good. 5 stars all round.

Great price for a Samsonite suitcase and delivered quickly.
DPD did initially deliver to the wrong address however using WhatsApp with the Luggage Superstore solved the problem very professionally and suitcase was located.

Terrible service … suitcase which I ordered took so long to arrive then when it was delivered it was stolen and they refused to do anything about it … now I am out of pocket of £215 with no suitcase and I travel in a weeks time… don’t waste your money here buy from the manufacturers them self…

Just ordered 2 x Samsonite suitcases with them. One colour was reduced in a sale - happy days - but the other was full price. Same price as all of the other major retailers.
I hate paying full price for anything but reluctantly did as I couldn't find a discount code.
When my sale went through, I got a 10% off code for my next order.
Shy bairns get nowt and all that (geordie expression) so I rang their CS and after getting straight through and talking to a REAL human, I asked if I could apply the discount to the order that had just gone through.
Let's give it a go, she said. And hey presto, it worked! That's 10% back on my credit card and a very happy customer, to boot.

Have ordered twice from this store, both delivered within 24 hours even though only ordered on free standard delivery. I had to return one item and the returns process could not be simpler. Easy to initiate, clear instructions and refund made the next day after post office drop off. Keen prices on quality luggage. Excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered a bag which came direct from the supplier, Rock. They sent the wrong colour, but Luggage Superstore sorted it out quickly and within a few days the incorrect bag was collected and the correct one delivered.

Looking for a holdall with wheels, I found a Joules-branded one on Luggage Superstore: better spec (bigger!) than the one on the actual Joules website and 20% less expensive, meaning even with next day delivery it was still cheaper! Arrived via DPD literally one day after LS reopened after their Christmas break - thank you!
